Cement kiln dust (CKD) is a waste of cement manufacture. The disposal dust becomes an environmental threat. In order to overcome this problem, researchers are carried out to find out the economical and the efficient means of utilizing it in various applications .One of these applications is adding it as partial replacement of cement. The aim of present work is investigating the effect of CKDs fineness on the consistency and setting time of cement, when utilized as a partial replacement. the CKD was grind by jet mill and classify into 7 groups according fineness (3000 , 6000 , 7000 , 8000 , 9000 , 10000 , 11000) cm2/gm then prepared blends with (5 ,10 , 15 , 20 , 25 , 30 , 35 and 40) % replacement by CKD for each fineness ,and compare between two sources of CKD ( kufa and Bazian cement plant) which different in location and manufacturing process .The results showed that increasing of fineness lead to increasing of water demand for consistency for each CKD, with different in water amount between types of CKD. Setting time(initial and final) retarded with increase fineness of CKD of kufa plant while accelerated setting time with increase fineness of CKD of Bazian plant .where the results indicated that increasing of CKD fineness lead to increasing activity of CKD compounds which affected on cement hydration according to its activity and percent's presence of each type of CKDs .
Recently the polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) has been linked with DNA damage and genomic instability. Amis of this study to evaluated some parameters of genetic instability such as micronuclei and comet assay score in women with PCOS. Genotoxicity and cytotoxicity of DNA damage were evaluated by measured of micronuclei and comet assay in 25 patients with PCOS and 15 normal menstrual women as control group. The results showed higher significant differences in the level of micronuclei and comet score in patients with PCOS compared with normal women. We concluded that, the genetic instability more occurred in patients with PCOS when compared with control group.

Bacterial meningitis is a leading cause of illness and death worldwide. It is crucial for clinical and public health care, as well as disease control, to identify the meningitis-causing agent promptly. Between June 2021-February 2022, a total of 100 cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and blood samples were collected from suspected cases of meningitis admitted to Raparin Paediatric Teaching Hospital, Erbil city-Iraq. In this paper, we propose new types of non-convex functions called strongly --vex functions and semi strongly --vex functions. We study some properties of these proposed functions. As an application of these functions in optimization problems, we discuss some optimality properties of the generalized nonlinear optimization problem for which we use, as an objective function, strongly --vex function and semi strongly --vex function.

Thin films of CuPc of various thicknesses (150,300 and 450) nm have been deposited using pulsed laser deposition technique at room temperature. The study showed that the spectra of the optical absorption of the thin films of the CuPc are two bands of absorption one in the visible region at about 635 nm, referred to as Q-band, and the second in ultra-violet region where B-band is located at 330 nm.
