Cloud computing has gained considerable attention in academia and industry in recent years. The cloud facilitates data sharing and enables cost efficiency, thus playing a vital role today as well as for the foreseeable future. In this paper, a brief discussion the application of multi-tenant and load-balancing technologies to cloud-based digital resource sharing suitable for academic and digital libraries is presented. As a new paradigm for digital resource sharing, a proposal of improving the current user service model with private cloud storage for other sectors, including the medical and financial fields is offered. This paper gives a summary of cloud computing and its possible applications, combined with digital data optimisation for web-based services. This study could aid in identification and generation of cloud-based services that use multi-tenant and load-balancing methodologies for the best quality of service.
In this paper an accurate Indian handwritten digits recognition system is
proposed. The system used three proposed method for extracting the most effecting
features to represent the characteristic of each digit. Discrete Wavelet Transform
(DWT) at level one and Fast Cosine Transform (FCT) is used for features extraction
from the thinned image. Besides that, the system used a standard database which is
ADBase database for evaluation. The extracted features were classified with KNearest
Neighbor (KNN) classifier based on cityblock distance function and the
experimental results show that the proposed system achieved 98.2% recognition
rate.
Catalytic reduction is considered an effective approach for the reduction of toxic organic pollutants from the environment, but finding an active catalyst is still a big challenge. Herein, Ag decorated CeO2 catalyst was synthesized through polyol reduction method and applied for catalytic reduction (conversion) of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) to 4-aminophenol (4-AP). The Ag decorated CeO2 catalyst displayed an outstanding reduction activity with 99% conversion of 4-NP in 5 min with a 0.61 min−1 reaction rate (k). A number of structural characterization techniques were executed to investigate the influence of Ag on CeO2 and its effect on the catalytic conversion of 4-NP. The outstanding catalytic performances of the Ag-CeO2 catalyst can be assigne

However there are still some concerns about the security provided by the cloud environment are raises. Thus in this our research project, we are discussing over the cloud computing paradigm evolvement for the large business applications like CRM as well as introducing the new framework for the secure cloud computing using the method of IT auditing. In this case our approach is basically directed towards the establishment of the cloud computing framework for the CRM applications with the use of checklists by following the data flow of the CRM application and its lifecycle. Those ch

In this paper, artificial neural networks, namely multilayer perceptron (MLP) and radial basis function (RBF) are used to detect humans among different objects in a sequence of frames (images) using classification approach. The classification used is based on the shape of the object instead of depending on the contents of the frame. Initially, background subtraction is depended to extract objects of interest from the frame, then statistical and geometric information are obtained from vertical and horizontal projections of the objects that are detected to stand for the shape of the object. Next to this step, two ty

Al-Rabee factory is one of the largest ice cream factories in Iraq and it is considered one of the most productive and diversified factories with products where its products cover most areas of the capital Baghdad, however, it lacks a distribution system based on scientific and mathematical methods to work in the transportation and distribution processes, moreover, these processes need a set of important data that cannot in any way be separated from the reality of fuzziness industrial environment in Iraq, which led to use the fuzzy sets theory to reduce the levels of uncertainty.

of the internet in academic libraries; to improve the services and to increase
the competence of librarians.
The research has given some recommendations to improve the quality
of services and the need for cooperative network among academic libraries.
In modern years, internet and computers were used by many nations all overhead the world in different domains. So the number of Intruders is growing day-by-day posing a critical problem in recognizing among normal and abnormal manner of users in the network. Researchers have discussed the security concerns from different perspectives. Network Intrusion detection system which essentially analyzes, predicts the network traffic and the actions of users, then these behaviors will be examined either anomaly or normal manner. This paper suggested Deep analyzing system of NIDS to construct network intrusion detection system and detecting the type of intrusions in traditional network. The performance of the proposed system was evaluated by using

Despite the reality that VLSI design is known for its compact size, low power, low price, excellent dependability, and high functionality, the design stage remains difficult to improve in terms of time and power. Several optimization algorithms have been designed to tackle the present issues in VLSI design. This study discusses a bi-objective optimization technique for circuit partitioning based on a genetic algorithm. The motivation for the proposed research is derived from the basic concept that, if some portions of a circuit's system are deactivated during th

Thus, an automatic stamp recognition system is necessary. The extraction and recognition of a general stamp is not a simple task because it may have various shapes, sizes, backgrounds, patterns, and colors. Moreover, the stamp can be printed on documents with bad quality and rotation with various angles. Our proposed method presents a new approach for the preprocessing and recognition of color stamp images. It consists of four stages, which are stamp extraction, preprocessing, feature extraction, and matching. Stamp extraction is achieved to isol
