Diabetic retinopathy is an eye disease, because of pressure in eye nerve fiber. It is a major cause of blindness in middle as well as older age groups; therefore it is essential to diagnose it earlier. Some of the challenges are in the diagnosis of the disease is detection edges of the image, may be some important edges are missed outcome the noise around the corners.
Wherefore, in order to reduce these effects in this paper, we proposed a new technique for edge detection using traditional operators in combination with fuzzy logic based on fuzzy inference system. The effect of the optical feedback on the polarization flipping point and hysteresis loop was studied. The polarization flipping occurred at all angles between the polarizer axis and the laser polarization. The polarization flipping point changed by an optical feedback occurred at angles from 0° to 90°. Ability of choosing or controlling the laser polarization was determined by changing the direction of vertical and horizontal polarization by polarizer rotation in the external cavity from 0° to 90°.

Ciprofloxacin (Cip) and hydrocortisone (Hyd) were simultaneously measured as hydrochloride and sodium succinate, respectively, using the H-point standard addition method (HPSAM). The approach can precisely identify Cip in the presence of Hyd with various analyte-to-interference ratios (5:5, 5:10, 10:5, 10:10) µg.mL^-1, in mixed samples containing (1-5µg.ml^-1) of Cip, at the wavelengths of (236 and 257) nm. In this work, optical system with elliptical aperture using point spread function was studied. This is due to its comparison with an optical system with a circular aperture. The present work deals with the theoretical study of intensity distribution within the image. In this work, a special formula was derived which is called the point spread function (PSF) by using a pupil function technique. The work deals with the limited optical system diffraction only (ideal system), and the system with focal shift. Also a graphic relation was founded between eccentricity and the best of focal depth given to at least (80%) of intensity.
