Silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) have been prepared using the electro-chemical
method. The experimental setup of this technique consist of two electrodes of pure
silver (99.2 %), the applied voltage on the electrodes is 20 V and the current through
the colloidal was about 0.4 Amp. The silver nanoparticles crystallization has been
studied; the crystalline structure appears Face center Cubic. The optical properties of
silver nanoparticles are strongly affected by the Local Surface Plasmon Resonance
(LSPR). The wavelength of maximum absorption band for an Ag NPs have a range
(~350nm-550nm).
In this study, aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membranes were used to remove zinc ions from electroplating wastewater. Influence of different operating conditions such as time, zinc concentration and pressure on reverse osmosis process efficiency was studied. The experimental results showed, concentration of zinc in permeate increase with increases of time from 0 to 70 min, and flux of water through membrane decline with time. While, the concentrations of zinc in permeate increase with the increase in feed zinc concentration (10–300 mg/l), flux decrease with the increment of feed concentration. The raise of pressure from 1 to 4 bar, the zinc concentration decreases and the flux increase. The highest recovery percentage was found is 54.

The pollen of A. americana was studied. The observation was made with L.M. (Light microscope) and S.E.M. (Scanning electron microscope) to determine the significance of pollen features as taxonomic characters. The pollen was monades, homopolar, monosulcate, and with large size, subprolate in shape from P/E ratio (Polar axis/ Equatorial diameter) and furrow length and width, exine thickness and ornamentation.
The present paper respects 'inversion' as a habit of arranging the language of modern English and Arabic poetry . Inversion is a significant phenomenon generally in modern literature and particularly in poetry that it treats poetic text as it is a violator to the ordinary text. The paper displays the common patterns and functions of inversion which are spotted in modern English and Arabic poetry in order to show aspects of similarities and differences in both languages. It concludes that inversion is most commonly used in English and Arabic poetry in which it may both satisfy the demands of sound correspondence and emphasis. English and Arabic poetic languages vary in extant to their manipulation of inverted styles as they show changeable f

The chalcone [I] was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride giving isoxazoline [II] in basic medium. The chalcone [I] could also react with hydrazitne hydrate to give pyrazoline [III] . The novel Schiff bases with structural formula [IV] and [V] were prepared by the reaction of amino compounds ; isoxazoline [II] and pyrazolines [III] with p-substituted aldehydes or p-subsituted ketones, respectively in dry benzene using drops of glacial acetic acid as a cat

The aim of the research is to shed light on the stages of developing the Iraqi virtual science Library(IVSL) project, and to define its distinctive role in providing all kinds of electronic resources to researchers from professors and graduate students, to identify its contents , the entry interfaces and applications of use, and provide them through electronic portals to publishing houses, research institutions and international universities, The research sample included the teaching staff and researchers participating in educational qualification courses at the Continuing Education Center at the University of Baghdad, The research population and its sample consisted of the category of (IVSL) users, and its sample (387) users. contributes to the formation of bumpiness in the atmosphere. The study found

study found increased incidence of air hole during the summer, especially
