In this work,   polynomials  and the finite q-exponential operator  are constructed. The operator  is used to combine an operator proof of the generating function with its extension, Mehler's formula with its extension and Roger's formula for the polynomials . The generating function with its extension,  Mehler's formula with its extension and Rogers formula for Al-Salam-Carlitz polynomials  are deduced by giving special values to polynomials .

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of availability of written expression skills included in the Arabic language curriculum document among middle school students from the teachers' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach. To analyze the data and access the research results, he used the (SPSS) program. The research was conducted during the first semester of the academic year 1442/1443 AH on a random sample of Arabic language teachers in the Bisha Education Department. The aim of this research was to indicate the opinion of the Iraqi consumer about the quality and safety of local food products, the questionnaire was included 19 questions for product quality, price, distribution and promotion as a tool to survey the opinions of 128 consumers in Baghdad, the data was analyzed by using percentage, weighted mean, and weight percent, the results obtained showed that the Iraqi consumer prefer local food products for their high quality and appropriate price, however they need attention to packaging, promotion and distribution.
