An experimental analysis was included to study and investigate the mass transport behavior of cupric ions reduction as the main reaction in the presence of 0.5M H₂SO₄ by weight difference technique (WDT). Undoped and Iodine (I)–doped chrome oxide (Cr2O3)thin films have been prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis technique at substrate temperatures(773K) on glass substrate. Absorbance and transmittance spectra have been recorded as a function of wavelength in the range (340-800 nm) in order to study the optical properties such as reflectance, Energy gap of allowed direct transition, extinction coefficient refractive index, and dielectric constant in real and imagery parts all as a function of wavelength. The effect of number of pulses of pulsed laser on materials is studied analytically, different pulses has been used with the same delay time.  The depth of possible damage to the surface of copper and titanium as well as depth of the crater to both materials were considered in this study.  The study revealed that linear model is only possible when estimating depth of possible damage for copper material, this means that the depth of possible damage increases with the increment of number of laser pulses .As for titanium material, it is found  the relationship is nonlinear.  The depth of possible damage of titanium and copper is not the same, and copper seems to be more predictable than titanium.
