In recent years images have been used widely by online social networks providers or numerous organizations such as governments, police departments, colleges, universities, and private companies. It held in vast databases. Thus, efficient storage of such images is advantageous and its compression is an appealing application. Image compression generally represents the significant image information compactly with a smaller size of bytes while insignificant image information (redundancy) already been removed for this reason image compression has an important role in data transfer and storage especially due to the data explosion that is increasing significantly. It is a challenging task since there are highly complex unknown correlations between the pixels. As a result, it is hard to find and recover a well-compressed representation for images, and it also hard to design and test networks that are able to recover images successfully in a lossless or lossy way. Several neural networks and deep learning methods have been used to compress images. This article survey most common techniques and methods of image compression focusing on auto-encoder of deep learning.
This paper is concerned with the controllability of a nonlinear impulsive fractional integro-differential nonlocal control system with state-dependent delay in a Banach space. At first, we introduce a mild solution for the control system by using fractional calculus and probability density function. Under sufficient conditions, the results are obtained by means of semigroup theory and the Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the main results.
This paper presents a linear fractional programming problem (LFPP) with rough interval coefficients (RICs) in the objective function. It shows that the LFPP with RICs in the objective function can be converted into a linear programming problem (LPP) with RICs by using the variable transformations. To solve this problem, we will make two LPP with interval coefficients (ICs). Next, those four LPPs can be constructed under these assumptions; the LPPs can be solved by the classical simplex method and used with MS Excel Solver. ... Show MoreIn this paper, the nonclassical approach to dynamic programming for the optimal control problem via strongly continuous semigroup has been presented. The dual value function VD ( .,. ) of the problem is defined and characterized. We find that it satisfied the dual dynamic programming principle and dual Hamilton Jacobi –Bellman equation. Also, some properties of VD (. , .) have been studied, such as, various kinds of continuities and boundedness, these properties used to give a sufficient condition for optimality. A suitable verification theorem to find a dual optimal feedback control has been proved. Finally gives an example which illustrates the value of the theorem which deals with the sufficient condition for optimality.
