The study aims to identify the degree of implementation of the coronavirus prevention standards (covid-19) in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and compare it with the families of intellectual disabilities. Non thermal argon plasma needle at atmospheric pressure was generated. The experimental set up is based on very simple and low cost electric components that generate electrical field sufficiently high at the electrodes to ionize various gases, which flow at atmospheric pressure. The high d.c power supply is 7.5kV peak to peak, the frequency of the electrical field is 28kHz, and the plasma power less than 15W. The plasma is generated using only one electrode.    In this study, the contribution of the bond C–I has been derived and incorporated in empirical formula to calculate zero-point energies (ZPE) of Iodo compounds. The calculated ZPE for 38 molecules containing this bond correlate well with experimental values. The comparison of these results with semiempirical (AM1) ZPE appears very satisfactory
