The effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casi
and Lactobacillus rhomunas on the body weight and lipid metabolism on obese rats
were evaluated. In the body weight, the results showed significant deference
between rat groups, the group that consumed 3 probiotic strains showed reduction in
the body weight with ratio 16.63% while the group consumed 2 probiotic strains
showed decreasing with ratio 17.62% compared with control group which increased
in the body weight.In the effeci of probiotics on lipid metabolisim the results

The main objective of this study is to examine the impact of moisture concrete of clayey soil on the concrete slabs placed directly over it. This experimental study presents the mechanical properties of the concrete slab when placed on different clayey soil moisture content ranging from 0% to the optimum moisture content of 35%. The tests were performed on soil concrete specimens of 25*30*50 mm exposed to sprayed water curing conditions for 28 days. Introduction: Diabetic foot infections are one of the most severe complications of diabetes. This study was aimed to determine the common bacterial isolates of diabetic foot infections and the in vitro antibiotic susceptibility then treatment.
Methods: A swab was taken from the foot ulcer, and the aerobic bacteria were isolated and identified by cultural, microscopic and biochemical test, then by api-20E system. After that their antibiotic susceptibility pattern was determined. Then local and systemic treatment was used to treat the diabetic foot patients.
