Text documents are unstructured and high dimensional. Effective feature selection is required to select the most important and significant feature from the sparse feature space. Thus, this paper proposed an embedded feature selection technique based on Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and Support Vector Machine-Recursive Feature Elimination (SVM-RFE) for unstructured and high dimensional text classificationhis technique has the ability to measure the feature’s importance in a high-dimensional text document. In addition, it aims to increase the efficiency of the feature selection. Hence, obtaining a promising text classification accuracy. TF-IDF act as a filter approach which measures features importance of the text documents at the first stage. SVM-RFE utilized a backward feature elimination scheme to recursively remove insignificant features from the filtered feature subsets at the second stage. This research executes sets of experiments using a text document retrieved from a benchmark repository comprising a collection of Twitter posts. Pre-processing processes are applied to extract relevant features. After that, the pre-processed features are divided into training and testing datasets. Next, feature selection is implemented on the training dataset by calculating the TF-IDF score for each feature. SVM-RFE is applied for feature ranking as the next feature selection step. Only top-rank features will be selected for text classification using the SVM classifier. Based on the experiments, it shows that the proposed technique able to achieve 98% accuracy that outperformed other existing techniques. In conclusion, the proposed technique able to select the significant features in the unstructured and high dimensional text document.
This study aims to simulate water seepage and identify areas of weakness in the foundations through the right and left sides of the proposed Makhool dam in northern Iraq, using the finite element method by advanced computer software (SEEP/ W, 2012). The earth fill dam is 3670 m long on the Tigris River. Many attempts were made to ascertain the program results on the supposed earth dam and compare the results with those of other analytical methods to verify the program. The results are comparable, showing that the program is suitable for use in the seepage analysis at the proposed Makhool dam. According to the seepage analysis, the quantity of seepage through the left side of Makhool is acceptable within permissible limits; howev

Show MoreTaliban has returned to the forefront since regaining control of Afghanistan in mid-August 2021, prompting the international community and researchers to speculate whether it has adopted a different political vision and ideology from its previous rule (1996-2001). The previous rule presented a distorted version of governance that lacked clear political and ideological foundations, characterized by impulsive and chaotic decisions, and the absence of a comprehensive theoretical and intellectual framework for governance.
Once again, Taliban returned to power on August 15, 2021, and took control of the country. This raised many questions about Taliban's return, the extent of its flexibility and adaptability that allowed the movement t

The National Charter for Education and Training in 1999 defined the principles, pillars and main objectives of the Moroccan education system, building on the various reforms of the early twenty-first century and the attempt to breathe new life into this reference document. Through partial and incremental changes, a total inability to tackle the root causes of the Moroccan education system and training has been revealed. This research has been conducted to answer the questions of education in the foreground national concerns and priorities in the discourse of the main political actors in Morocco that have been raised and remain interesting and can be expressed in the following question: Morocco still fails to meet the challenge of educati

Documentary credits are considered successful means to reduce imports, especially unnecessary imports that lead to the outflow of foreign currency from the country. However, due to the backwardness of the banking methods, the reintroduction of documentary credits after 2003 did not effectively contribute to reducing import rates. This has had a negative impact on the Iraqi economy and made it vulnerable to external markets. Documentary credits are also considered the best way to ensure payment in international trade, providing independent credit support and sufficient security for exporters and importers against commerci

... Show More- S. Eliot is one of the important founders of the modernist movement in literature, a cutting-edge poet of the first order. After his 1927 conversion to Anglicanism, he began calling himself a conservative, royal, and a classicist.
"Ash Wednesday" is the first long poem written by him after his conversion. It deals with the struggle that ensues when one who has lacked faith acquires it. It is richly but ambiguously allusive, and deals with the aspiration to move from spiritual barrenness to hope for human salvation.
"Ash Wednesday" not only struggles with an approach to faith but with an approach to a language capable of expressing it. Eliot's style is different from that that predates his conve
The fouling depositions of crude oil stream were studied theoretically in a shell and tube heat exchanger to investigate the effect of depositions on the heat transfer process. The employed heat exchanger was with steam flowing in the inner tubes and crude oil in the shell at different velocities and bulk temperatures. It is assumed that fouling occurs only on the heated stream side (crude oil). The analysis was carried out for turbulent flow heat transfer conditions with wide range of Reynolds number, bulk temperature and time. Many previously proposed models for fouling resistance were employed to estimate a new model for fouling rate. It is found that the fouling rate and consequently the heat transfer coefficient were affected by Rey
