The goal of this paper is to construct the linear code, and its dual which corresponding to classification of  projective line PG(1,31), we will present Some important results of coding theory, the generator matrix of every linear code in PG(1,31) is found,  A parity check  matrix is  also found . In this study, we investigate the behavior of the estimated spectral density function of stationary time series in the case of missing values, which are generated by the second order Autoregressive (AR (2)) model, when the error term for the AR(2) model has many of continuous distributions. In this paper, a mathematical model consisting of the two harmful
phytoplankton interacting with a herbivorous zooplankton is proposed and studied.
The existence of all possible equilibrium points is carried out. The dynamical
behaviors of the model system around biologically feasible equilibrium points are
studied. Suitable Lyapunov functions are used to construct the basins of attractions
of those points. Conditions for which the proposed model persists are established.
The occurrence of local bifurcation and a Hopf bifurcation are investigated. Finally,
to confirm our obtained analytical results and specify the vital parameters, numerical
simulations are used for a hypothetical set of parameter values.

The current study included details of the anatomical characteristics of vegetative parts including the root, stem, leaf in cultivated Iraq for the species Brassciaaleraceacabbage, where the study dealt with the stomatal index and the rate of both the length and width of the stomatal complex and the thickness of the periderm, the tissue, cortex, vascular cylinder and pith. The parts were taken and measured after the plant was treated with brassinolide and the treated species with brassinolide and non-treated were measured and the study showed that there was a clear variation in the properties above.
