Different concentrations prepared 2,4,8,16,32 ppt from flow water to Shatt-Alarab
by adding Chlorella vulgares and Navicual busiedtii as alone for each
concentration. The results showed that the concentrations of salinity reduced to 0,
1.78, 9.45, 15 ppt after 10 days, with removed percentage 100, 100, 77.75, 40.93,
37.12 % respectively for Chlorella vulgares the cell numbers of Chlorella vulgares
reached to 58.123, 60.123, 69.712, 37.234, 30.546 ×104/ml comparing with the
control 55.652 ×104/ml while the absorbability of salinity reached to 0.378, 0.391,
0.489, 0.231, and 0.192 nm comparing with 0.342 as control. The external cell wall
of Chlorella vulgares was swelling at 32 ppt. the removal percentage of salinity
reached to 100, 100, 75 , 66, 45 % for Navicual busiedtii with cell numbers reached
to 97.113, 120.903, 178.024, 231.112, 77.132 ×104/ml respectively comparing with
91.362 ×104/ml as control, while the absorbability of salinity ranched to 0.354,
0.367, 0.484 and 0.123 nm without change at cell wall of Navicual busiedtii.
Simple and rapid spectrophotometric determination of furosemide (FUR) has been investigated .The method is based on acid hydrolysis of FUR to free primary aromatic amine and diazotization followed by coupling with 3, 5 di methyl phenol (3, 5-DMPH) at basic medium. The absorbance was measured at 434 nm, the method was optimized for best condition, and beers’ law is obeyed over the range of 0.4-50 µg.mL-1 with molar absorptivity and sandal’s sensitivity 1.3899 x104 L moL-1 .cm-1 and 0.0238x104 µg.cm-2 respectively. The current study aimed to reveal the moral values available in the Arabic language textbook (Al-Mu’nes) for grades eleven and twelve for post-basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. The problem of the research lies in special motor abilities training programs like the balance that positively affect coordination between the nervous system and muscles. These training programs did not get enough attention from athletes especially young athletes; their training was restricted to physical abilities like strength, speed, and endurance instead. The research aimed at designing an apparatus for developing athletes’ balance in national centers for gifted/ ministry of youth and sport so as to provide a measurement for coached in this field.
