The aim of this study was to isolate and diagnose fungi from fish feedstuff samples, and also detection of aflatoxin B1 and ochratoxin A in fish muscles and feedstuffs. Randomly, the samples were collected from some fish farms from Baghdad, Babil, Wasit, Anbar, and Salah al-Din provinces.     The leading purpose of this work is the development of efficient culture conditions to induce calli from cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.) under in vitro conditions. The mature seeds were surface sterilized with combinations of different concentrations of ethanol and NaOCl in different time durations and  were germinated on MS basal medium.       The aim of this paper is to estimate a single reliability system (R = P, Z > W) with a strength Z subjected to a stress W in a stress-strength model that follows a power Rayleigh distribution. It proposes, generates and examines eight methods and techniques for estimating distribution parameters and reliability functions.
