In this research, optical absorption data (the imaginary part of the dielectric function Ɛ2 as a function of photon energy E) were re-analyzed for three samples of a-Si:H thin films using derivative methods trying to investigate the ambiguity that accompany the interpretation of the optical data of these film in order to obtainm the optical energy gap (Eg) and the factor (r) which in concerned with the density of state distribution near the mobility edge directly without the need for a pre- assumption for the factor r usually followed in traditional methods such as the Tauc plot. The derivative method was used for two choices for the factor q (which in connected with the dependence of the dipole matrix element on the photon energy ) for two choices q=0 and q=2. Results showed that r might take non-integer values . the result for two of the samples, those prepared by Jackson et al and Cody, showed that the derivative plot that adopt q=0 better fits the experimental data, thus Cody's model might seems closer to the experimental results than the Tauc model. While the third sample the one prepared by Ferlauto et al showed somewhat different behavior such that neither Cody nor Tauc models could be considered a better fit to experimental data for this sample

The function denotes the number of plane overpartitions of n with a number of rows at most k. In this paper, we prove two identities modulo 8 and 16 for the plane overpartitions with at most two rows. We completely specify the modulo 8. Our technique is based on expanding each term of the infinite product of the generating function of the modulus 8 and 16 and in which the proofs of the key results are dominated by an intriguing relationship between the overpartitions and the sum of divisors, which reveals a considerable link among these functions modulo powers of 2.

In this research, we built a program to assess Weibull parameters and wind power of three separate locations in Iraq: Baghdad, Basrah and Dhi-qar for two years 2009 and 2010, after collecting and setting the data available from the website "Weather Under Ground" for each of the stations Baghdad, Basrah and Dhi-qar. In this paper, the concepts of -sequence prime ideal and -sequence quasi prime ideal are introduced. Some properties of such ideals are investigated. The relations between -sequence prime ideal and each of primary ideal, -prime ideal, quasi prime ideal, strongly irreducible ideal, and closed ideal, are studied. Also, the ideals of a principal ideal domain are classified into quasi prime ideals and -sequence quasi prime ideals.
