Rutting in asphalt mixtures is a very common type of distress. It occurs due to the heavy load applied and slow movement of traffic. Rutting needs to be predicted to avoid major deformation to the pavement. A simple linear viscous method is used in this paper to predict the rutting in asphalt mixtures by using a multi-layer linear computer programme (BISAR). The material properties were derived from the Repeated Load Axial Test (RLAT) and represented by a strain-dependent axial viscosity. This research seeks to demonstrate a novel approach of implementing conditional logistic regression in environmental research through inference methods predicated on longitudinal data. Thus, statistical analysis of longitudinal data requires methods that can properly take into account the interdependence within-subjects for the response measurements. The paper comprise comparative palynological study of six species belong to the genera Urtica L. and Parietaria L.(P.alsinifolia Del., P.lusitanica L., P.judaicaL., U.urens L., U.dioica L., and U.pilulifera L.) of the Family Urticaceae in Iraq. All pollen grains were small size and found to be porate, Stephanoporate, Zonoporate. Characters such as shape of pollen grain, number and Dimention of pores, and Sculpturing of pollen grains were overlapped between species and of limited taxonomic value.

Abstract

                The research aims to identify the application of corporate governance requirements according to the international standard (ISO 26000:2010) in the National Insurance Company. Strengths and weaknesses were identified to study the current state of this requirement's application in the company under investigation. The descriptive-analytical approach was utilized through a checklist derived from ISO 26000:2010. Several personal interviews and field visits were conducted to understand the extent of application and documentation based on various statistical methods. The results revealed a level of applic
