The aim of this research is to find out the influence of Daniel's model on the skills of the twenty-first century among the students of the scientific-fifth grade at the secondary and preparatory government morning schools for the academic year 2022- 2023. Two groups were chosen out of five groups for the fifth-scientific grade, one of which represents the experimental group that is taught by the Daniel model, and the other is the control group that is taught in the traditional method. This research will cover different aspects of estimating process of construction work in a desert area. The inherent difficulties which accompany the cost estimating of the construction works in desert environment in a developing country, will stem from the limited information available, resources scarcity, low level of skilled workers, the prevailing severe weather conditions and many others, which definitely don't provide a fair, reliable and accurate estimation. This study tries to present unit price to estimate the cost in preliminary phase of a project.  Estimations are supported by developing mathematical equations based on the historical data of maintenance, new construction of managerial and school projects.

A new attempt is made to determine diosmin (DIO) in its pure form and in dietary supplements by using spectrophotometric flow injection analysis (FIA) assay method conjugated with batch method. The analysis was achieved depending on the oxidative coupling reaction with N, N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine (DMPD) to form a green dye which is measured at wavelength of 677 nm. The tested methods were found to be economical, delicate, precise and sturdy. The validation variables of the batch and FIA methods gave linearity in the determination range of DIO (1-35) μg/mL and (5-120) μg/mL demonstrated calibration graphs with linearity coefficient  values of  r² =0.9989 and r² =0.9991, respectively.
