Hydrogen peroxide was determined by a new , accurate , sensitive and rapid method via continuous mode of FIA coupled with total luminescence measurement which include the chemiluminescence generated ,based on the oxidation of Luminol which is loaded on poly acrylic acid gel beads by hydrogen peroxide in presence of Cobalt (II) ion as a chemiluminescence catalyst and the fluorescence that was created by the insitu radiation of the released chemiluminescence light. Fluorescien molecule was used as an accepter fluorophore where it is irradiated internally and instantly by the generation of luminol chemiluminescence light as internal source for irradiation of fluorescien molecule (Fluorescence Energy Transfer (FRET) ) . It can easily give fluorescence light (i.e , no external source for irradiation is used ) at λmax =530 nm. The method is based on the absorbance of the donor molecule (Luminol) by fourteen poly acrylic acid gel beads located in specially designed cell, this cell will measure instantly the emitted light (FRET) . A sample volume of 80 μL was used throughout the whole work. Linear calibration curve extend from 0.1 - 100 μMol .L-1 , with correlation coefficient of 0.9985 and limit of detection L.O.D (S/N =3) 217.60 pg/sample using step wise dilution of the minimum concentration that was achieved by the calibration graph. Repeatability (RSD%) of less than 0.5% for six successive measurement of 50 μMol .L-1 of hydrogen peroxide. The method was applied successively in determination of hydrogen peroxide in some pharmaceutical disinfectants

Fifty isolates of Bacillus sp. were subjected to the first and second screening to detect the ability to produce laccase enzyme and select the highest ones production of laccase on Petri plates containing nutrient agar supplemented with Cu2+.
Syringaldazine was used as an indicator and substrate for the determination of laccase activity. Three isolates, which consumed less time to developed pink color were tested for the production of laccase quantitatively. The effective isolate B16 with significant amounts of laccase 1.84 unit /ml was selected for laccase study.

The results of X- ray diffraction analysis (XRD) confirmed the amorphous structure of all AlXGa1-x As:H films with x 40 and annealing temperature (Ta)<200°C. the temperature dependence of the DC conductivity GDC with various Al content has been measured for AlXGa1-x As:H films.
We have found that the thermal activation energy Ea depends of Al content and Ta, thus the value of Ea were approximately equal to half the value of optical gap.
In this paper, an adaptive integral Sliding Mode Control (SMC) is employed to control the speed of Three-Phase Induction Motor. The strategy used is the field oriented control as ac drive system. The SMC is used to estimate the frequency that required to generates three phase voltage of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) invertor . When the SMC is used with current controller, the quadratic component of stator current is estimated by the controller. Instead of using current controller, this paper proposed estimating the frequency of stator voltage since that the slip speed is function of the quadratic current . The method is based on the oxidative coupling reaction of barbituric acid with 4-aminoantipyrine and potassium iodate to form purple water soluble stable product at λ 510 nm. Good linearity for both methods was obtained ranging from 2 to 60 μg mL−1, 5–100 μg mL−1 for batch and FI techniques, respectively. The limit of detection (signal/noise = 3) of 0.45 μg mL−1 for batch method and 0.48 μg mL−1 for FI analysis was obtained.
