Tetragonal compound CuAl0.4Ti0.6Se2 semiconductor has been prepared by
melting the elementary elements of high purity in evacuated quartz tube under low
pressure 10-2 mbar and temperature 1100 oC about 24 hr. Single crystal has been
growth from this compound using slowly cooled average between (1-2) C/hr , also
thin films have been prepared using thermal evaporation technique and vacuum 10-6
mbar at room temperature .The structural properties have been studied for the powder
of compound of CuAl0.4Ti0.6Se2u using X-ray diffraction (XRD) . The structure of the
compound showed chalcopyrite structure with unite cell of right tetragonal and
dimensions of a=11.1776 Ao ,c=5.5888 Ao .The structure of thin films showed
amorphous structure and the films have crystallized under annealing treatment in the
range of temperature (150-300) oC.
In order to study the effect of inoculation with mycorrhiza and fertilization with plant residues on the growth of plants, we used two factors: the first two levels of mycorrhiza inoculation, Glumus mossea (0 and 10 g.pot-1) and the second factor, four levels of plant residues (10 g.pot-1) celery plant residues, 10 g pot-1 mint residues, and 10 g pot-1 black bean seed residues. In this study, we set up and analyze a cancer growth model that integrates a chemotherapy drug with the impact of vitamins in boosting and strengthening the immune system. The aim of this study is to determine the minimal amount of treatment required to eliminate cancer, which will help to reduce harm to patients. It is assumed that vitamins come from organic foods and beverages. The chemotherapy drug is added to delay and eliminate tumor cell growth and division. The experiment was conducted in Al- Mahaweel Research Station in Babel Governorate, Ministry of Agriculture during autumn season 2016-2017 to determine the role of irrigation management processes and micronutrient fertilization in growth and productivity of two varieties of wheat IPA 99 and Al-Rasheed 22 in clay loam soil classified as Typic Torriflovent. This study describe the effect of temperature on the optical
properties of nickel(ii) phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium
salt (NiPcTs) organic thin films which are prepared by spin coating
on indium tin oxide (ITO-glass). The optical absorption spectra of
these thin films are measured. Present studies reveal that the optical
band gap energies of NiPcTs thin films are dependent on the
annealing temperatures. The optical band gap decreases with increase
in annealing temperature, then increased when the temperature rising
to 473K. To enhance the results of Uv-Vis measurements and get
