The  
 Mixing ratios of  
transitions from low and high spin states populated from the nuclear reaction Ni Mg pn Y 80 39 58 28 ( , )  are calculated using a new method which we called it as Improved Analysis Method. The comparison of the results of experimental values,CST  method, LST and adopted   mixing ratios with the results  of the presented work confirm the validity of this method.  
 

In this paper, a mathematical model consisting of the prey- predator model with treatment and disease infection in prey population is proposed and analyzed. The existence, uniqueness and boundedness of the solution are discussed. The stability analyses of all possible equilibrium points are studied. The pure and Sb doped GeSe thin films have been prepared by thermal flash evaporation technique. Both the structural and optical measurement were carried out for as deposited and annealed films at different annealing temperatures.XRD spectra revealed that the all films have one significant broad amorphous peak except for pure GeSe thin film which annealed at 573 K, it has sharp peak belong to orthorhombic structure nearly at 2θ=33o. The results of the optical studies showed that the optical transition is direct and indirect allowed.
