Verrucae vulgares are commonly encountered. The present work is designed in an attempt to build a systematic procedure for treating warts by carbon dioxide laser regarding dose parameters, application parameters and laser safety.
Patients and Methods: The study done in the department of dermatology in Al-Najaf Teaching Hospital in Najaf, Iraq. Forty-two patients completed the study and follow up period for 3 months. Recalcitrant and extensive warts were selected to enter the study. Carbon dioxide laser in a continuous mode, in non-contact application, with 1 mm spot size was used. The patients were divided into two groups. The first group of patients consisted of 60 lesions divided to 6 equal groups, in whom we use different outputs and two modes of application (helical and radial) to assess the optimal power density and the best mode of application. The second group consisted of 75 lesions treated with output of 10 W continuous mode using helical mode of application.
Results: The optimal power was found to be 10 W. In the second group of patients, after 1 - 6 passes of laser (median 2.8 pass), complete clearance of the lesion was noticed in 56 lesions with a cure rate of 74.6%. This was found in 32 (68%) recalcitrant lesions and 24 (85.7%) lesions that had no previous treatment. The main complications were scarring in 17(22.5%) lesions and hyperpigmentation in 7 (12.5%) lesions. Post-operative infection was noticed in 4 (6%) lesions that were larger than 2 cm in diameter.
Conclusion: Carbon dioxide laser therapy of recalcitrant and extensive viral warts should be considered as a viable alternative to other more traditional techniques. This treatment offers good results in eliminating the verrucae and minimizing the squeals of recurrence, scarring and the post-operative pain.
Pore pressure means the pressure of the fluid filling the pore space of formations. When pore pressure is higher than hydrostatic pressure, it is named abnormal pore pressure or overpressure. When abnormal pressure occurred leads to many severe problems such as well kick, blowout during the drilling, then, prediction of this pressure is crucially essential to reduce cost and to avoid drilling problems that happened during drilling when this pressure occurred. The purpose of this paper is the determination of pore pressure in all layers, including the three formations (Yamama, Suliay, and Gotnia) in a deep exploration oil well in West Qurna field specifically well no. Study Methodology: The researcher applied the inductive, analytical and comparative approach by tracking the scientific material related to the subject of the study from the books of Al-Qaradawi in the first place, then by comparing the legal provisions with what had been stated in the four schools of jurisprudence.
Findings: The interest and need of Muslim minorities in non-

Wohlfahrtia Brauer and Bergenstam is one of most important genus, which contains 19 species (Pape, 1998), some of these produce myiasis in mammals (Verves,1985).Taxonomic revision of this genus has been carried out by the following authors: Rohdendrof (1956), Zumpt (1965) and Pape (1996).
Background: The main aim of the present study is to qualify and quantify voids formation of root canals obturated with GuttaCore (GC) and experimental Hydroxyapatite polyethylene (HA/PE) as new carrier-based root canal fillings by using micro computed tomography scan. Materials and methods: In the present study, eight straight single-rooted human permanent premolar teeth are selected and disinfected, then stored in distilled water. The teeth decoronated leaving a root length of 12mm each. The root canals instrumented by using crown down technique and the apical diameter of the root canal prepared to a size # 30/0.04 for achieving standardized measurements. Materials and methods: Thirty oligozoospermic semen samples were used in this study. Samples diagnosed according to WHO 2010 criteria. Sheep’s ovarian follicles obtained from local slaughterhouse and prepared by slicing the ovaries and evacuating the follicular fluid and oocyte. Each semen sample divided into six equal parts, and diluted 1:1 with cryosolution contains 5%, 10%, 15% DMSO or glycerol and injected within the emptied follicles. After freezing and thawing, the semen mixture aspired outside the follicles and sperm concentr
