The purpose of this study is to investigate the biostimulation effect of 532 nm CW laser on the metabolism of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast. Cells were irradiated by 532 nm Nd:YAG laser using 0.153 W/cm2 power density at 30, 45, 60,180 and 300 seconds exposure times in their respective orders. Intrafluorescence parameters were measured by detection the autofluorescence intensity, proliferation rate and Imaging the fluorescent mitochondria using confocal laser scanning microscope. The results showed that the 30 and 45 second exposure times seem to have stimulated changes in the cells that led to increase proliferation, viability and mitochondrial activity. Autofluorescence of cells increased after 45 and 60 seconds exposure time. After 300 seconds there seems to be very noticeable decrease in proliferation, viability and autofluorescence. Confocal microscopy images showed that here is a correlation between fluorescence intensity using mitochondrial probes and proliferation rates of cells.
Introduction
Saccharomyces cerevisiae is one of the most important fungi in the history of the world. This yeast is responsible for the production of alcoholic beverages and bread and a source of protein and was used in biotechnology and genetics as a host for the genes of other organisms (Madigan, et al. 2006). Low energy laser irradiation of which output power is in the range of mW modulates various biological effects and has been shown to have positive effect on living organisms both in vitro and in vivo. However, the true effect of low energy laser on cell proliferation is sill controversial, because of conflicting reports on the effects of visible laser light on the cells in culture (Antonio, et al., 2002).
There are many evidences that the most intracellular autofluorescence
The aim of the research is to identify the economic and cultural role of contemporary interactive artworks from the public's point of view, with knowledge of the most important obstacles and proposals to improve the level of design and spread of interactive artworks. The descriptive approach was used, and the researcher used a questionnaire tool that was distributed to the audience for the events of Noor Al Riyadh (2021) and the size of the participating sample was (194) individuals from all spectrums of society. It was found through the results of the existence of public approval of the economic role of contemporary interactive artworks, as they contribute to supporting the national economy. It attracts the public to attend various paid

Objective:The study examines the harmful effect of the nicotine which is an important component of cigarette in vitro.
Type of the study: Cross-sectional study.
Methods: Examines the harmful effect of the nicotine which is an important component of cigarette in vitro by using two types of lung cancer cell lines (H460 TP53+/+, H441 TP53-/-).
Ureteric obstruction is rarely noted in cases of gastric cancer. Its involvement by distant metastasis from gastric adenocarcinoma without direct invasion is an exceptionally unusual occurrence. This is the story of a 58-year-old man who arrived at the emergency department with acute flank pain and fever. He was initially diagnosed with obstructive pyelonephritis after the discovery of a new onset, complete ureteric obstruction on the left side. Subsequent investigations and follow-up revealed the presence of gastric adenocarcinoma with possible ureteric metastasis bilaterally, flank pain and hydronephrosis were the first and only presentations of gastric cancer. The rarity of the condition and the unusual presentation encouraged us to r

Where nearly two-thirds of the construction projects in the world have been suffered by significant problems as an increase in the cost of the project, delay in the specified duration for execution, and stopping the project. Therefore it is required to study and apply new methods for managing the construction project to ensure its success and achieve its objectives. The aim of this study is to study the Agile project management method and its impact on the construction project. In addition, to identi

Therefore, the aim was to clarify the role of symbolic values and their aesthetics in the design of internal spaces. The first chapter included the importance of research, the need for it, the limits of the research and its terminology.

Software cost management is integral to software development failures, which, in turn, cause software failure. Thus, it is imperative that software development professionals develop their cost management skills to deliver successful software projects. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of cost management success factors with project management factors and three agile methodologies – Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and Kanban methodologies which are used in the Pakistani software industry.
