The problem of job burnout has become one of the main problems for researchers in social welfare organizations (social protection bodies) - one of the formations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Its negative effects increased in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and in light of the Corona pandemic, the pressures and burdens of workers varied, which resulted in high rates of anxiety, tension, and intellectual and physical exhaustion, and then negatively affected their efficiency in performing work at the individual and organizational level, especially after the increasing tasks of these Bodies in carrying out their role in achieving the general goals and objectives as being The general goals are that they are responsible for providing and providing economic and social support services to a wide range of poor and income-free families, including widows, divorced women, the disabled, and the elderly. This research came to identify the organizational sources of combustion for social researchers in the organizations of social protection agencies in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, also to explain the relationship between these sources and the determinants of work performance, as well as to explain the difference in the organizational sources of combustion among researchers in these bodies according to their different demographic characteristics (gender Age, specialization, length of service), the results show that Researchers in social protection agencies attribute combustion to multiple organizational sources, on top of which came work pressure, the conflict of values and social relations, and the results also showed that there are differences between the respondents in the organizational sources of combustion according to some demographic characteristics. Discussing the organizational sources of combustion among workers and working to limit their negative effects, while developing an appropriate strategy to control them in light of crises, especially in light of the Corona pandemic. The research community consists of () male and female advisors in schools of  Baghdad. The sample was haphazard( 51\.) The questionnaire was made and it consists (50) items. The research statistics have been analyzed by (SPSS), The questionnaires have been used in the first term in (2017-2018) and the results showed the relationship between the advisor and other teachers, the advisor and students fathers and the local society.  According to the results, the research made some recommendations and suggestions.

The study intends to explore the obstacles that encounter a program of rehabilitating released prisoners as perceived by prisoners themselves in tubas' province. To this end, the researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument which was applied on (150) prisoner had chosen randomly to collect the study data. The findings revealed no significant differences among obstacles the encounter program regarding to the following variables: age, detention period, and number of detention, additionally, the findings found that there is a variance of obstacles mean according to the prisoners themselves, rehabilitation program, and the facility of that program.

The Energy Spectra and Heat Capacity of GaAs Gaussian Quantum Dot in an External Magnetic Field

In this paper, a theoretical study of the energy spectra and the heat capacity of one electron quantum dot with Gaussian Confinement in an external magnetic field are presented. Using the exact diagonalization technique, the Hamiltonian of the Gaussian Quantum Dot (GQD) including the electron spin is solved. All the elements in the energy matrix are found in closed form. The eigenenergies of the electron were displayed as a function of magnetic field, Gaussian confinement potential depth and quantum dot size. Explanations to the behavior of the quantum dot heat capacity curve, as a function of external applied magnetic field and temperature, are presented.

A total of twenty ofada rice farmlands were identified in each study area and rice samples were randomly collected, thoroughly mixed to make a representative sample from each farmland.
