Five N-substituted acrylamides were prepared by reaction of substituted aromatic primary amines with acryloyl chloride in the presence of triethyl amine. The synthesized acrylamides were allowed to introduce copolymerization reaction with three vinylic monomers including acrylonitrile, methyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate respectively to obtain eleven new copolymers having different physical properties which may used in different applications.

One of the most important processes to obtain gasoline with high octane numbers is isomerization. In this paper, Pt/TiO2 was prepared successfully by using the sol–gel method by hydrolysis of titanium tetraisopropoxide as a titania source with ethanol and then platinum was loaded on the synthesized catalyst; the result shows that the sample prepared has a good crystallinity with a surface area of about 85 m2 /g and a pore volume of 0.1938 cm3 /g, while XRD shows that the prepared sample was anatase phase. The core interval at the K.H5\6 and K.H5\8 Wells in the West of Rutba provinces reveals a significant succession across the Late Cretaceous–Early Paleocene transition. The sampled interval encompasses a series of carbonates belonging to Digma Formation of Latest Cretaceous age, which underlies the Akashat Formtion of Danian age.   In this study, light elements for 13C , 16O for  (α,n) and (n,α) reactions as well as α-particle energy  from 2.7 MeV  to 3.08 MeV are used as far as the data of reaction cross sections are available. The more recent cross sections data of (α,n) and (n,α) reactions are reproduced in fine steps 0.02 MeV for  16O (n,α) 13C  in the specified energy range, as well as cross section (α,n)  values were derived from the published data of (n,α) as a function of α-energy in the same fine energy steps by using the principle inverse reactions. This calculation involves only the ground state of  13C , 16O  in the reactions 13C (α,n) 16O  and  16O (n,α) 13C.

      A new approach presented in this study to determine the optimal edge detection threshold value. This approach is base on extracting small homogenous blocks from unequal mean targets. Then, from these blocks we generate small image with known edges (edges represent the lines between the contacted blocks).
