This study aims to determine the extent to which Palestinian elites use digital diplomacy to confront the Israeli narrative by exploring the motives for usage, patterns, essential digital diplomatic tools, and achieved satisfactions. The study adopted a survey methodology and employed a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 110 Palestinian political and media elites.

In this paper a prey - predator model with harvesting on predator species with infectious disease in prey population only has been proposed and analyzed. Further, in this model, Holling type-IV functional response for the predation of susceptible prey and Lotka-Volterra functional response for the predation of infected prey as well as linear incidence rate for describing the transition of disease are used. denoted by (r-bi- ideal ) of a near ring , and the notion fuzzy bi- ideal with respect
to an element of a near ring and the relation between F-r-bi-ideal and r-bi-ideal of
the near ring, we studied the image and inverse image of r-bi- ideal under
epimomorphism ,the intersection of r-bi- ideals and the relation between this ideal
and the quasi ideal of a near ring, also we studied the notion intuitionistic fuzzy biideal
