An atomic force microscope (AFM) technique is utilized to investigate the polystyrene (PS) impact upon the morphological properties of the outer as well as inner surface of poly vinyl chloride (PVC) porous fibers. In this study, a low-cost biosorbent, dead mushroom biomass (DMB) granules, was used for investigating the optimum conditions of Pb(II), Cu(II), and Ni(II) biosorption from aqueous solutions. Various physicochemical parameters, such as initial metal ion concentration, equilibrium time, pH value, agitation speed, particles diameter, and adsorbent dosage, were studied. Five mathematical models describing the biosorption equilibrium and isotherm constants were tested to find the maximum uptake capacities: Langmuir, Freundlich, Redlich-Peterson, Sips, and Khan models. New series of imidazole[1,2-a]pyridine-sulfonamides was designed and synthesized from 2-aminopyridine, which was reacted with p-bromo phenacyl bromide in the present of MgO to produce the corresponding imidazole[1,2-a]pyridine, which was then reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to produce 2-(4-bromophenyl)imidazole[1,2-a]pyridine-3-sulfonyl chloride [2]. Elastic electron scattering form factors, charge density distributions and charge,neutron and matter root mean square (rms) radii for P24PMg, P28PSi and P32PS nuclei arestudied using the effect of occupation numbers. Single-particle radial wave functionsof harmonic-oscillators (HO) potential are used. In general, the results of elasticcharge form factors showed good agreement with experimental data. The occupationnumbers are taken to reproduce the quantities mentioned above. The inclusion ofoccupation numbers enhances the form factors to become closer to the data. For thecalculated charge density distributions, the results show good agreement withexperimental data except the fail to produce the hump in the central region for P28PSinucleus.

The samples were taken by Transport media at a rate of three replicates of each place isolated from samples from different places within the hospital (waste, baths, the sick beds, corridors and room floors) for the purpose of isolating and diagnosing the fungus on the Czapeck Dox Agar media.
