In this study, effects of shisha smoking on some blood components were evaluated in (120) male adult mice. The animals were divided into four groups according to smoke types (cigarette, shisha, cigarette +shisha) in addition to control groups which exposed to fresh air only. A special inhalation chamber designed locally has been used to expose the animals. Exposed to cigarette smoke was done for 5 min/day while exposed to shisha smoke for 15 min /day /7days/weeks for 4,8,12 weeks. Blood samples were collected to evaluate some hematological variables. The rise of fascism, the advance of digital technology, and the erosion of the economic foundation of news media are disrupting journalism and mass communication (JMC) around the world. Combined with the increasingly globalized nature of journalism and media, these forces are posing extraordinary challenges to and opportunities for journalism and media education. This essay outlines 10 core principles to guide and reinvigorate international JMC education. We offer a concluding principle for JMC education as a foundation for the general education of college students.

Traditionally, path selection within routing is formulated as a shortest path optimization problem. The objective function for optimization could be any one variety of parameters such as number of hops, delay, cost...etc. The problem of least cost delay constraint routing is studied in this paper since delay constraint is very common requirement of many multimedia applications and cost minimization captures the need to
distribute the network. So an iterative algorithm is proposed in this paper to solve this problem. It is appeared from the results of applying this algorithm that it gave the optimal path (optimal solution) from among multiple feasible paths (feasible solutions).
