Today the Genetic Algorithm (GA) tops all the standard algorithms in solving complex nonlinear equations based on the laws of nature. However, permute convergence is considered one of the most significant drawbacks of GA, which is known as increasing the number of iterations needed to achieve a global optimum. To address this shortcoming, this paper proposes a new GA based on chaotic systems. In GA processes, we use the logistic map and the Linear Feedback Shift Register (LFSR) to generate chaotic values to use instead of each step requiring random values. The Chaos Genetic Algorithm (CGA) avoids local convergence more frequently than the traditional GA due to its diversity. The concept is using chaotic sequences with LFSR to gene

This paper presents a new secret diffusion scheme called Round Key Permutation (RKP) based on the nonlinear, dynamic and pseudorandom permutation for encrypting images by block, since images are considered particular data because of their size and their information, which are two-dimensional nature and characterized by high redundancy and strong correlation. Firstly, the permutation table is calculated according to the master key and sub-keys. Secondly, scrambling pixels for each block to be encrypted will be done according the permutation table. Thereafter the AES encryption algorithm is used in the proposed cryptosystem by replacing the linear permutation of ShiftRows step with the nonlinear and secret pe

In this work, we show a modern method for automated diagnosis depending on a magnetic resonance images classification of the MRI. The presented technique has two main stages; features extraction and classification. We obtained the features corresponding to MRI images implementing Discrete Wavelet Transformation (DWT), inverse and forward, and textural properties, like rotation invariant texture features based on Gabor filtering, and evaluate the meaning of every

specific features within a certain time Interval. The use of remotely
sensed image to detect changes in land use and land cover is widely
preferred over other conventional survey techniques because this
method is very efficient for assessing the change or degrading trends

Image classification takes a large area in computer vision in term of quality or type or data sharing and so on Iraqi Anber Rice in they need this kind of work, where few in the field of computer science that deal with the types of Iraqi Anber rice, and because of the Anber Rice are grown and produced in Iraq only, and because of the importance of rice around the world and especially in Iraq. In this paper a proposed system distinguishes between the classes of Iraqi Anber Rice that Grown in different parts of Iraq, and have their own specifications for each class by using moment invariant and KNN algorithm. Iraqi Anber Rice that is more than Fiftieth class Cultivated and irrigated in different parts of Iraq, and because of the different

The proposed method is based on a classification model to determine the authenticity of a tested image. Image splicing causes many sharp edges (high frequencies) and discontinuities to appear in the spliced image. Capturing these high frequencies in the wavelet domain rather than in the spatial domain is investigated in this paper. Correlation between high-frequency sub-bands coefficients of Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) is also described using co-occurrence matrix. This matrix was an input feature vector to a classifier. The best accuracy of 92.79% and 94.56% on Casia v1.0 and Casia v2.0 datasets respectively was achieved. This pe

For different intensity; the quality of the image will not stay good but it will have dark or low intensity so we can not change the contrast and the intensity in order to increase the losses information in the bright and the dark regions. . In this search we study the regular illumination on the images using the tungsten light by changing the intensities. The result appears that the tungsten light gives nearly far intensity for the three color bands(RGB) and the illuminated band(L).the result depend on the statistical properties which represented by the voltage ,power and intensities and the effect of this parameter on the digital

These segments can be then utilized in discriminative feature extraction, image retrieval, and pattern recognition. Clustering and region growing techniques are the commonly used image segmentation methods. K-Means is a heavily used clustering technique due to its simplicity and low computational cost. However, K-Means results depend on the initial centres’ values which are selected randomly, which leads to inconsistency in the image segmentation results. In addition, the quality of the isolated regions depends on the homogeneity of the resulted segments. In this paper, an improved K-Means

Show MoreData <span>transmission in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system needs source and channel coding, the transmitted data suffers from the bad effect of large peak to average power ratio (PAPR). Source code and channel codes can be joined using different joined codes. Variable length error correcting code (VLEC) is one of these joined codes. VLEC is used in mat lab simulation for image transmission in OFDM system, different VLEC code length is used and compared to find that the PAPR decreased with increasing the code length. Several techniques are used and compared for PAPR reduction. The PAPR of OFDM signal is measured for image coding with VLEC and compared with image coded by Huffman source coding and Bose-
