Polycaprolactone polymer is widely used in medical applications due to its biocompatibility. This article deals with the approximate algorithm for two dimensional multi-space fractional bioheat equations (M-SFBHE). The application of the collection method will be expanding for presenting a numerical technique for solving M-SFBHE based on “shifted Jacobi-Gauss-Labatto polynomials” (SJ-GL-Ps) in the matrix form. The Caputo formula has been utilized to approximate the fractional derivative and to demonstrate its usefulness and accuracy, the proposed methodology was applied in two examples. The numerical results revealed that the used approach is very effective and gives high accuracy and good convergence.

      After diagnostic tests on ten isolates of S. marcescence, were made an examination of sensitivity to various antibiotics and checking the ability to produce β-lactamase of all isolates.        The outer membrane protein quantity was determined in μg/cm3 for all isolates. The results showed that S. marcescence have antibiotic multiresistant and all isolates had the ability to produce β-lactamase and its resistance may arise from more than two mechanisms like overproduction of antibiotic inactivation enzymes and the decrease of permeability by outer membrane protein.
