In this paper, a statistical analysis compared the pattern of distribution of spending on various goods and services and to identify the main factors that control the rates of spending between the survey of social and economic status of families in Iraq for the year (2007) and the survey of Iraq knowledge net work (IKN) for the year (2011), which were carried out by the Central Bureau  of Statistics through the use of factor analysis and cluster analysis, using the ready statistical software package ready (SPSS) to gain access to the results.

The current study seeks to analyze the cognitive construction of political debates to evaluate the typical moves and strategies politicians use to express their communicative intentions and to reveal the language manifestations of those moves and strategies. To achieve the study’s aims, the researchers adopt Bhatia’s (1993) framework of cognitive construction supported by van Emeren’s (2010) pragma-dialectic framework. The current study is concerned with the analysis of spatial and temporal to death the elderly population in the city of Baghdad and at the level of administrative units Minor (districts and the areas) depending on the general population census of the province of Baghdad, data for 1997 and data from the Ministry of Health Department of Health and Vital Statistics for 2013.
The study showed differing age and quality of mortality rates at the level of administrative units of the study area, and notes the high mortality rates of elderly people of all age groups in 2013 compared to 1997, and this is due to security conditions after the USA occupation, and the accompanying conditions have affected the increase in mortality rates.
