In this paper, chip and powder copper are used as reinforcing phase in polyester matrix to form composites. Mechanical properties such as flexural strength and impact test of polymer reinforcement copper (powder and chip) were done, the maximum flexural strength for the polymer reinforcement with copper (powder and chip) are (85.13 Mpa) and (50.08 Mpa) respectively was obtained, while the maximum observation energy of the impact test for the polymer reinforcement with copper (powder and chip) are (0.85 J) and (0.4 J) respectively  

The polymer was used to inhibit the corrosion of copper metal in salt media in different concentrations at room temperature using potentiometric polarization measurement. The polymer was prepared by mixing (0.1 M) 4-Hydroxy aniline (C6H7NO) with (0.25M) of ammonium persulfate as the initiator using the electro-deposition technique. The polymer’s results showed that copper in (3.5%) NaCl had good corrosion resistance. The findings demonstrate that the %IE for polymer-induced copper corrosion is 89.32% at 10 ppm concentration as a result of the 4-hydroxy aniline polymer’s adsorption from salt solution on the surface of copper metal. This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan.
