الملخص: تعد عناصر اللياقة البدنية العمود الفقري للألعاب الرياضية وخصوصا في الالعاب الجماعية ومنها لعبة كرة القدم للصالات والتي تعد من الالعاب الرياضية التي تتطلب بذل جهود كبيرة خلال المنافسة نظرا لطبيعة الاداء الذي يمتاز بالقوة والسرعة طيلة شوطي المباراة وهذا يتطلب من اللاعب امتلاكه للياقة بدنية عالية تؤهله للإيفاء بهذه المتطلبات خلال المنافسة، لذا نجد المدربين يتبعون كافة الاساليب وطرائق التدريب في سبيل الارتقاء بعناصر اللياقة البدنية لدى لاعبيهم، ويعد التدريب المتباين داخل المجموعة التدريبية احد اساليب التدريب المتباين والذي يعني بتدريب القوة العضلية والذي يعتمد اساسا على التباين بين مستوى الشدة بين التمرينات داخل المجموعة التدريبية ما بين عالي وواطئ، وهدف البحث الى التعرف على تأثير اسلوب التدريب المتباين داخل المجموعة التدريبية في تطوير القوة والانفجارية والمميزة بالسرعة وتحمل القوة وتحمل القوة المميزة بالسرعة فضلا عن التعرف على تأثير هذا الاسلوب على مهارة المناولة والدحرجة والتهديف للاعبي كرة القدم للصالات، واظهرت النتائج تطورا معنويا في هذه المتغيرات نتيجة استخدام العينة لأسلوب التدريب المتباين داخل المجموعة التدريبية.

... Show MoreThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of six thinking hats on creative thinking among 10th grade female students in Tulkarm district. The sample comprises two sections of 10th grade female students (n=80) in Adawiya secondary School, The two sections were divided into two groups; one as an experimental group which works with six thinking hats, and the second as control group that learns traditionally. Creative thinking exam was used to measure the creative thinking with reliability (0.88).

The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University. Use the descriptive analytical method by adopting the questionnaire tool to collect data.
