The study used 20 adult albino male rats that divide randomly to four groups (each group consist 5 rats); control group received ad libidium, group of rats administrated with 1X10³ cyct/ml suspension for seven days, group of rats administrated with 1X10³ cyct/ml suspension and treated with 50mg/kg extract for month, group of rats administrated with 1X10³ cyct/ml suspension and treated with 100mg/kg extract for month. Three hundred and fifty five patients with hepatitis were investigated in this study all cases gave negative result with HBs Ag , IgM-anti HCV , IgM-anti HEV, IgM-anti HDV and anti-HIV tests . The frequency of IgM-anti HAV was 113 and the percentage was 32 % in all ages but when these patients divided into five groups dependent on ages. The highest percentage of IgM-anti HAV was (45%) in age <10 and the percentage declined with age increase till to 9% in age >41 year.

Nuclear emission rates for nucleon-induced reactions are theoretically calculated based on the one-component exciton model that uses state density with non-Equidistance Spacing Model (non-ESM). Fair comparison is made from different state density values that assumed various degrees of approximation formulae, beside the zeroth-order formula corresponding to the ESM. Calculations were made for 96Mo nucleus subjected to (N,N) reaction at Emax=50 MeV.
