Abstract This study examines the patterns of women's participation in foreign policymaking and analyzes the extent to which their integration into diplomatic institutions contributes to strengthening the effectiveness of foreign policy decision-making. It focuses on the institutional and administrative frameworks that have facilitated women's access to diplomatic leadership positions and decision-making processes within ministries of foreign affairs and other foreign policy institutions. The study assumes that the effectiveness of women's participation is determined not merely by their numerical representation but by the extent to which such participation is supported by institutional reforms founded on merit, transparency, and professional competence. To achieve its objectives, the study employs descriptive-analytical and comparative approaches 3251 to examine selected international experiences from both advanced and emerging countries, including Sweden, Finland, Canada, India, Rwanda, and Mexico. The findings indicate that the success of women's integration into foreign policy institutions depends primarily on institutional capacity, merit-based recruitment, transparent promotion systems, and sustained administrative reform rather than on numerical representation alone. The study further concludes that greater participation has contributed to improving institutional performance, diversifying policy perspectives, and strengthening diplomatic engagement in areas such as peacebuilding, international cooperation, and sustainable development, without fundamentally altering the strategic objectives of national foreign policies.
The historical center's landscape suffers from neglect, despite their importance and broad capabilities in enhancing the cultural value of the historical center, as landscape includes many heterogeneous human and non-human components, material and immaterial, natural and manufactured, also different historical layers, ancient, modern and contemporary. Due to the difference in these components and layers, it has become difficult for the designer to deal with it. Therefore, the research was directed by following a methodology of actor-network theory as it deals with such a complex system and concerned with an advanced method to connect the various components of considering landscape as a ground that can include various elements and deal wi

After the revolution of July 14, 1958, the Kurds welcomed it, and the leaders of the Kurdistan Democratic Party sent a telegram to the Free Officers Organization congratulating them on the new era in order to build sound and correct relations between the two parties. However, the military conflict was renewed between the Iraqi government and the Kurds and continued even after the coup of February 8, 1963, and all the subsequent negotiating and peaceful attempts to resolve the Kurdish problem until 1966. It was a state of double contradiction for both parties that thwarted the peaceful attempts. The

In the Arab world, which has 22 countries, a few states have adopted federalism or decentralisation. Only five countries, i.e., 22.7%, have adopted federalism and decentralised experience. Therefore, limited research and academic work has been conducted regarding paradiplomacy. This paper aims to research the relationship between federalism and paradiplomacy conceptually and practically and then analyse the Arab experiences in federalism and whether they applied paradiplomacy and succeeded in doing so. To explore that, the paper studies and compares the related articles of constitution

In the aftermath of the First World War, traditional idealistic trends prevailed. Still, after the end of the Second World War, the theory of realism dominated the analysis of international relations, international politics, and its laws and mechanisms. With the inter-paradigm debate of the 1980s, a broad spectrum of theories of international relations emerged, the most significant of which are critical theories including feminism. Feminist theory has since become central to the debates about global phenomena among those who work in International Relations as a field. The paper at

Despite its crudeness in terms of plot, acting, and directing, it conveys a serious message. On a limited scale, The Scarlet Woman might be regarded as Waugh's version of Dante's Purgatorio. Written when he was at Oxford, it shows symptoms of subconscious rejection of the wild life he led without God. Five years before his conversion to Catholicism, Waugh seems to have been waiting for purgation. This is his design in The Scarlet Woman.

A significant factor in this expansion was the role of winds, which carried one of Cabral’s ships westward, landing unexpectedly on unknown shores—the Brazilian coasts. These territories later became some of Portugal’s richest and most important colonies. Therefore, the study begins in the 16th century and concludes at the end of the 17th century. The study was divided into four sections. The first section addressed Portugal's discovery 0022 of Brazil and its naming before it gained economic importance. The second section discussed the Portuguese occupation of Brazil in 1530 and its
