English is spoken by its native speakers in two different forms. Reduced form which marks the colloquial and rapid speech so that it is easily produced and a citation or unreduced form which is a characteristic of careful, emphasized and slow speech.

This paper presents a new algorithm in an important research field which is the semantic word similarity estimation. A new feature-based algorithm is proposed for measuring the word semantic similarity for the Arabic language. It is a highly systematic language where its words exhibit elegant and rigorous logic. The score of sematic similarity between two Arabic words is calculated as a function of their common and total taxonomical features. An Arabic knowledge source is employed for extracting the taxonomical features as a set of all concepts that subsumed the concepts containing the compared words. In this research, damping properties for composite materials were evaluated using logarithmic decrement method to study the effect of reinforcements on the damping ratio of the epoxy matrix. Three stages of composites were prepared in this research. The first stage included preparing binary blends of epoxy (EP) and different weight percentages of polysulfide rubber (PSR) (0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10%). It was found that the weight percentage 5% of polysulfide was the best percentage, which gives the best mechanical properties for the blend matrix. The purpose of this research is to identify heritage and highlight its value by drawing on its decorative vocabulary and integrating it with the Arabic calligraphy to revive the heritage in a contemporary style, and to create decorative design units inspired by Sadou and Arabic calligraphy and to employ them in the modern fashion designs. The applied descriptive approach has been used in this research, and the research community is made of women in Riyadh area. The tools used in this research were the questionnaire and the observation. The most important results of the research are: the design of decorative units from the integration of Arabic calligraphy and the decorations of the Saduo, and the use of these units in the design of the o
