In the idea of interim administration, we find a wide application of the idea of the work of the Department as the need arises to put money under guard when there is a dispute, claiming the existence or right of two or more people, and the task of the guard is to keep the thing and maintain and manage until the dispute is resolved, The reason for this is the right of the person to prove it to him. The reason for the guard may be the signing of a reservation on the matter. A guard is needed until the execution procedures are completed. The guard may be in agreement with the contestants. And thus require the need to search divided by two requirements we allocate the first requirement of the concept of custody and types, and we meet the second requirement for the work of management issued by the guard.

The study aims to investigate the relationship between the gender diversity of board director, the accounting conservatism and firm value in Iraqi firms. The sample was represented by 30 Iraqi firms listed on the Iraqi market over the period 2017. The research was based on the main hypothesis that gender diversity has a positive relationship with conservatism and firm value, that conservatism as an intermediate variable will enhance the positive relationship between gender diversity and firm value. An experimental investigation of the variation of argon discharge current with a glow and afterglow time intervals of a square discharge voltage was carried out at low pressure (6-11 mbar). The discharge was created between two circular metal electrodes of diameter (7.5 cm), separated horizontally by a distance (10 cm) at the two ends of a Pyrex cylindrical tube. A composite of two Gaussian functions has been suggested to fit and explain the variation graphs clearly.
