This study has been conducted to know the level of microbial ( bacteria and fungi) contamination in 5 types of biscuits from local markets of Baghdad city. Fifty samples (ten sample for each kind of biscuit) were studed,Two are local,others are Iranian,Turkish,and Holandies. The following results have been achieved :1. The highest number of bacteria was 21.6×103 cell/g in Iranian biscuit while the lowest number was 14.3× 103 cell/g in local biscuit No.1 . One hundred thirty four urine samples were collected from diabetic patients during the period from March –November -2014. From these samples there were 62.7% positive samples, women represented 45.3% and men represented 54.7% , some of them were a symptomatic as women represented 60.5% and men represented 58.7%  and some were with clinical symptoms with or without a history of UTI. In this paper we introduce new class of open sets called weak N-open sets and we study the relation between N-open sets , weak N-open sets and some other open sets. We prove several results about them. 

A new class of generalized open sets in a topological space, called G-open sets, is introduced and studied. This class contains all semi-open, preopen, b-open and semi-preopen sets. It is proved that the topology generated by G-open sets contains the topology generated by preopen,b-open and semi-preopen sets respectively.
