The present work was done in an attempt to build systematic procedures for treating warts by 810 nm diode laser regarding dose parameters, application parameters and laser safety. A solid Phase Extraction (SPE) followed by HPLC-UV method is described for the simultaneous quantitative determination of nine priority pollutant phenols : Phenol, 2- and 4-Nitrophenol, 2,4-Dimethylphenol, 2-, 2,4-Di-, 2,4,6-Tri-, and Penta- chlorophenol, 4 Chloro-3-methylphenol. This work included synthesis of several new polymers of polyacryloyl chloride in two steps . The first step the included the reaction of N-( sub. or un sub. benzoyl and sub. or un sub. acetyl ) amidyl sub. 2,6- diamino -4-methyl-1,3,5-triazine (1-5) by condensation of many substituted acid chlorides with 2,6- diamino -4-methyl-1,3,5-triazine . While the second step included the reaction of polyacryloyl chloride with the produced compounds (1-5) in step (1) in the presence amount triethyl amine (Et3N) to obtain new polyimides (6-10). In this study, titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles incorporated with cement were synthesis by a simple casting method as a function concentration of TiO₂ (0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1, and 2 wt%). The prepared samples were characterized using the technique of Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) and UV-Visible spectrophotometer, which was used to measure the adsorption spectra. A simple and novel method was developed by combination of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction with UV spectrophotometry for the preconcentartion and determination of trace amount of malathion. A cost-effective and efficient detector was created to conduct thorough turbidimetric measurements by reaction of Co (II) ion with calcium ferro cyanide to form bright green particulate, using the method of continuous flow injection analysis, the use of NAG-5SX1-1D-SSP Analyzer in determining cobalt (II) ion in a test for the validity of the new design.          Sera samples were collected from 60 children aged 4-60 months, all were clinically and serologically proven cases of visceral leishmaniasis, as well as  from 10 healthy children, all were seronegative with no history of parasitic infection who serve as a control during the study.
