Abstract

In this work, diabetic glucose concentration level control under disturbing meal has been controlled using two set of advanced controllers. The first set is sliding mode controllers (classical and integral) and the second set is represented by optimal LQR controllers (classical and Min-, ax). Due to their characteristic features of disturbance rejection, both integral sliding mode controller and LQR Minmax controller are dedicated here for comparison. The Bergman minimal mathematical model was used to represent the dynamic behavior of a diabetic patient’s blood glucose concentration to the insulin injection.      This research is focused on an interpretive of 2D seismic data to study is reinterpreting seismic data by applying sufficient software (Petrel 2017) of the area between Al-Razzazah Lake and the Euphrates river belonging to Karbala'a and Al-Anbar Governorates, central Iraq. The delineation of the sub-surface structural features and evaluation of the structure of Najmah and Zubair Formations was done. The structure interpretation showed that the studied area was affected by normal fault bearing (NW-SE) direction with a small displacement. In contrast, time and depth maps showed monocline structures (nose structures) located in the western part of the studied area.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of black tea on Pseudomonas
aeruginosa isolated from eye infection. One hundred samples (corneal scrapings)
were obtained. Approximately, 77% of the cases were due to contact lens wear
followed by 15 % trauma and 8% with unknown history. The isolates identified as
P. aeruginosa were 30% (23/77 CL) and 25% (2/8 Unknown). On the other hand,
the Kirby-Bauer antibiotic sensitivity assay showed that 100% of the isolates were
sensitive to Neomycin, Gentamicin and Amikacin. While 91.6% were sensitive to
Carbenicillin and Ceftriaxone; 66.6% were sensitive to Cefotaxime and 0% were
sensitive to Tertacycline. Only two isolates were found to be multidrug resistant.

Sulfamethoxazole (SMX) was added to P-N,N-dimethyl amino benzaldehyde (PDAB) by condensation reaction in acidic medium to form, a yellow colored dye compound which exhibits maximum absorption (λmax) at 450.5 nm. The concentration of (SMX) was determined spectrophotometrically. The optimum reaction conditions and other analytical parameters were evaluated. This paper reviews the Least Signification Bit steganography used for embedding text file with related image in gray-scale image. Extended calculations for  sputtering yield   through bombed Iron – target   by ( H,D ,T ,He )  ions plasma are accomplished .The calculations include changing the  input    parameters  :    the energy  of ( H,D ,T ,He ) ions plasma, the hit target angle of Iron, change  atomic   mass  of incident ion. This study was conducted to determining the variable effects on water quality of Greater Zab River in Erbil province, Iraq, using multivariate statistical analysis. Seventeen variables were monitored in four sampling sites during one year (from May 2012 to April 2013). The dataset were treated using principal component analysis (PCA)/ factor analysis (FA), cluster analysis (CA) to the most important factors affecting water quality, sources of pollution and suitability of water for drinking consumption and irrigation. This article conclude a theoretical study for the possibility to produce additional electric power from Iraqi steam power plants by  cutting – off high-pressure feed water heaters .  Three separated steam power plants which Dura , south –Baghdad and Nasria were studied . The investigation showed the possibity of increasing the electric power from 10 to 15% for Dura and Nasria , whereas 6% for south – Baghdad . According to the nowadays of operation to Iraqi steam power plants , the results showed that by cutting–off high  pressure feed water heaters we can generate additional electric power about 250 MW during 3-4 hrs. daily.
