The current research aims to identify the types and rates and the reasons for the crimes that are with the origin and sexual scattered deviation between the fabric of Iraqi society, which reticent about because of the culture of the community, where he offered a researcher investigator justice and tribal leaders and lawyers about proportion and the types and causes of crime is the origin of sexual deviance and finally a question asked a researcher in 1000 young lived their adolescence days of the former regime (1979-2003) from going to brothels researcher found that 920 people and 92% had gone to the house to practice adultery and that 70 of them, and by 7% had engaged in masturbation only and that 10 of them have not committed anything

Show MoreFractal geometry is receiving increase attention as a quantitative and qualitative model for natural phenomena description, which can establish an active classification technique when applied on satellite images. In this paper, a satellite image is used which was taken by Quick Bird that contains different visible classes. After pre-processing, this image passes through two stages: segmentation and classification. The segmentation carried out by hybrid two methods used to produce effective results; the two methods are Quadtree method that operated inside Horizontal-Vertical method. The hybrid method is segmented the image into two rectangular blocks, either horizontally or vertically depending on spectral uniformity crit

Usually, password-based user authentication is used to authenticate the legitimate user. However, this method has many gaps such as password sharing, brute force attack, dictionary attack and guessing. Keystroke dynamics is one of the famous and inexpensive behavioral biometric technologies, which authenticate a user based on the analysis of his/her typing rhythm. In this way, intrusion becomes more difficult because the password as well as the typing speed must match with the correct keystroke patterns. This thesis considers static keystroke dynamics as a transparent layer of t

Expanding the scope of taxation without adequate study has produced a dangerous result with a negative impact that is almost apparent, namely (tax evasion), which stands as a barrier preventing the state from reaching Therefore, the research sought to study strategic tax planning and its importance in reducing tax evasion, and the research aims from that to prove the importance of adopting strategic planning in the field of taxes according to modern and effective scientific foundations to reduce tax evasion to enhance the achievement of tax evasion. The financing objective is in addition to the other objectives,

The suggested system utilizes the Meerkat Clan Algorithm (MCA) in conjunction with WordNet to produce honeywords, thereby enhancing the level of password security. The technique of generating honeywords involves data sources from WordNet, which contributes to the improvement of authenticity and diversity in the honeywords. The method encompasses a series of consecutive stages, which include the tokenization of passwords, the formation of alphabet tokens using the Meerkat Clan Algorithm (MCA), the handling of digit tokens, the creation of unique character tokens, and the consolidation of honeywords. The optimization of t

MWCNTs films deposited on porous silicon (PSi) nanosurface by dip and drop coating techniques. Two types of deposited methods were used; dip coating sand drop –by-drop methods. As well as two types of detector were fabricated one with aluminum mask and the other without, and their figures of merits were studied. The detectors were illuminated by 2.2 and 2.5 Watt from CO2 of 10.6 m and tested. The surface morphology for the films is studied using AFM and SEM micrographs. The films show homogeneous distributed for CNTs on the PSi layer. The root mean square (r.m.s.) of the films surface roughness in

Show MoreIn this work a chemical sensor was built by using Plane Wave Expansion (PWE) modeling technique by filling the core of 1550 hollow core photonic crystal fiber with chloroform that has different concentrations after being diluted with distilled water. The minimum photonic bandgap width is.0003 and .0005 rad/sec with 19 and 7 cells respectively and a concentration of chloroform that filled these two fibers is 75%.
Improving speaking skills of Iraqi EFL students was the main purpose of the current research. Thirty EFL students were selected as the research participants for achieving this aim. All students completed the pretest and then spent the next 25 weeks meeting for 90 minutes each to present their nine lectures, answer difficult questions, and get feedback on their use of language in context. Progressive-tests, posttests and delayed post-tests followed every three courses. The researcher utilized SPSS 22 to anal Analyze the data descriptively and inferentially after doing an ANOVA on repeated measurements. It has been shown that using the ideas of sociocultural theory in the classroom has an important and positive impact on students of

Computer systems and networks are increasingly used for many types of applications; as a result the security threats to computers and networks have also increased significantly. Traditionally, password user authentication is widely used to authenticate legitimate user, but this method has many loopholes such as password sharing, brute force attack, dictionary attack and more. The aim of this paper is to improve the password authentication method using Probabilistic Neural Networks (PNNs) with three types of distance include Euclidean Distance, Manhattan Distance and Euclidean Squared Distance and four features of keystroke dynamics including Dwell Time (DT), Flight Time (FT), mixture of (DT) and (FT), and finally Up-Up Time (UUT).
