يهدف البحث الى دراسة وتحليل الهندسة المتزامنة (CE) وتحسين التكلفة(CO)، واستعمال مخرجات الهندسة المتزامنة كمدخلات لتحسين التكلفة، وبيان دور الهندسة المتزامنة في تحسين جودة المنتوج، وتحقيق وفورات في وقت التصميم والتصنيع والتجميع وتخفيض التكاليف، فضلاً عن توظيف بعض النماذج لتحديد مقدار الوفورات في الوقت ومنها نموذج(Lexmark) ونموذج (Pert) لتحديد الوفورات في وقت التصميم وقت لتصنيع والتجميع. ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم اختيار الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية والكترونية \معمل محرك المبردة وبالتحديد محرك حصان الواقعة في بغداد محلاً للبحث، اذ تم تطبيق تقنية الهندسة المتزامنة في الشركة عينه البحث بالشكل الذي يلائم البيئة التي تعيشها الشركة من اجل تحسين تكاليفها من خلال تحسين الجودة وتخفيض الوقت وكلفة اقل . وقد توصل الباحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات ومن أبرز الاستنتاجات ما يأتي: تعد تقنية الهندسة المتزامنة من التقنيات الأكثر ملائمة لبيئة الاعمال وما رافقتها من تغيرات سريعة وما لها من أهمية لعينة البحث، ان العمل وفق الهندسة المتزامنة (الوضع المقترح) يجعلها على أساس التعاون الجماعي والمتزامن، ويتم تطوير المنتجات بصورة أسرع عن طريق الأداء المتزامن لعمليات تطوير المنتج ولاسيما تصميم المنتج والعملية. إما أهم التوصيات ما يأتي: يتعين على الوحدات الاقتصادية الاهتمام بالتقنيات الكلفوية والإدارية ونها تقنية الهندسة المتزامنة لأنها أداة هامة لتحسين وتطوير المنتجات القائمة والجديدة. على الوحدات الاقتصادية الاهتمام بالزبون باعتباره مصدر قوة للوحدة الاقتصادية، من خلال اشراك الزبائن في عملية تصميم وتطوير المنتجات بالشكل الذي يلائم رغباتهم، واجراء دراسات وبحوث ميدانية في السوق للتعرف على حاجاتهم ورغباتهم. ضرورة الاهتمام بالتصميم للتكلفة (DTC) من اجل جعل المنتجات قريبة من الزبائن، أي من خلال التصميم جعل المنتجات قابلة للشراء وعلى فريق التصميم مراعاة القدر المقبول من الجودة

Antibacterial and therapeutic effects of vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus bacteriocin (VRSAcin) in the treatment of VRSA skin infection in mice

Vancomycin Staphylococcus aureus (VRSA) is a strain of S. aureus that is considered the main cause of bacterial skin and soft tissue infections. It has acquired resistance to vancomycin and represents a therapeutic challenge. The current study aimed to compare the possible therapeutic effects of VRSA bacteriocin (VRSAcin) on the treatment of skin infection in mice with those of an antibiotic (linezolid). The results showed that of the fifty swabs obtained from human skin wounds. One isolate was selected for VRSAcin extraction depending on its antibiotic resistance using an antibiotic susceptibility test.An agar well diffusion test was used to determine bacteriocin’s antibacterial activity

as well as its a minimum inhibitory concentration

and antibiofilm efficiency against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria that were resistant to many medicines. The freshly developed antibacterial substance VRSAcin shows promise. Bacteriocin from VRSA was extracted and studied the optimal conditions for the Production following Purification of bacteriocin by ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by cation-exchange chromatography. The molecular weight of bacteriocin about (29 kDa) were determined by Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The typical conditions for the production of VRSAcin include a pH of 7 and a temperature of 37 ◦C for 48 h. In mice

VRSA-contaminated wounds revealed severe tissue distraction and inflammation that extended to the hypodermis

while VRSA-treated skin showed mild changes and localized lesions to the epidermis and upper dermis. The skin of linezolid ointment-treated mice showed moderate to severe changes. In conclusion

VRSA strain infections in human burned skin were more common than expected. In vivo studies in mice indicated that wounded skin infected with VRSA can be treated with VRSAcin as an antibacterial agent that promotes healing processes with obvious superiority to linezolid ointment. As a result

Stability and performance studies of emulsion liquid membrane on pesticides removal using mixture of Fe3O4Â nanoparticles and span80

The current study investigated the impact of nonionic surfactant span 80 in the existence of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles on the emulsification of mixture of kerosene as petroleum based organic solvents and corn oil as a green diluent in the ratio 1:1

interfacial reaction rate constant () of 5.83 and the overall mass transfer coefficient () of 3.91 . The results of recyclability of the PELM revealed that the emulsion stability and extraction efficiency was nearly unchanged after three cycles.

With the advent of technology

the fear of losing control has consistently accompanied humanity. While humans have discovered

they have also been haunted by the possibility of their creations turning against them. This fear

often referred to as the Frankenstein Complex

derives its name from Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (􀀔􀀛􀀔􀀛)

in which Dr. Frankenstein's creation ultimately destroys its maker. The Frankenstein Complex embodies the subconscious fear of artificial intelligence (AI) surpassing and potentially dominating humankind. This apprehension has inspired numerous literary works

including Daniel H. Wilson’s novels. The present study examines the widespread fear of AI

which has fueled conspiracy theories in literature. These theories have not only amplified public anxiety but also hindered understanding among those with limited knowledge of AI and robotics. Dr. Wilson

Cytotoxicity of Miltefosine against Leishmania majorPromastigotes

Leishmaniasis has poor vaccination trials and the available drugs have side effects on patients. Therefore

development ofnew chemicals is important for public health. Miltefosine is the first drug used for oral treatment of visceral leishmaniasis.Previous studies approved that miltefosine is an effective treatment against visceral leishmaniasis

we investigated the in vitro cytotoxicity ofmiltefosine on the procyclic promastigotes forms of L. major. Different concentrations of miltefosine were investigatedagainst the flagellated form of L. major

and results showed that miltefosine has inhibited the in vitro proliferation of theparasite

approving the cytotoxic effect of the compound on Leishmania
