The research aims at identifying the level of imaginative thinking skills in mathematics among fourth scientific grade students.For this purpose, the researcher adopted the descriptive (survey) approach, as an imaginative thinking test was built and applied to the research sample that consists of (301) students from fourth scientific grade students who are distributed to secondary and Preparatory schools,they are Al-Furat Preparatory, Al-Hindiya Preparatory school and Al-Rajiba Preparatory school , who are affiliated to the Al-Hindiya Education Department of the General Directorate in the Holy Karbala Governorate for the academic year (2021-2022). The imaginative thinking test consisted of (36) items of four alternatives multiple-choice objective test, where its validity and reliability were verified and it was acceptable. The test was applied in the final form, the researchers used the statistical package (SPSS), and the results showed that the research sample possessed imaginative thinking skills.

The bile salt hydrolase gene (bshA), encoding bile salt hydrolase enzyme (EC 3.5.1.24) from probiotic isolate Lactobacillus acidophilus Ar strain which is responsible for assimilation cholesterol were studied in the present work. About 801 bp in length DNA fragment of Lb. acidophilus Ar strain was amplified by PCR techniques. 230 stool samples were collected from 2 state homes for (males and females) to investigate
the infection of different intestinal parasites (pathogenic and non-pathogenic).
The infection rate was higher among males 15.7% than females 6%, these rates were
increased when concentration method was employed up to 54.8% for males and 8.7% for
females significantly.
Most infected orphans were found to harbor single parasite followed by double, triple
parasites.
The highest rate of infection was found among young age group (1-5) years old, while
the older age groups got lowest rates.
Of helminthes, the commonest parasite was Hymenolepis nana 5.7% and of protozoa, the
commonest intestinal parasite was Giardia lamblia
