Modeling data acquisition systems (DASs) can support the vehicle industry in the development and design of sophisticated driver assistance systems. Modeling DASs on the basis of multiple criteria is considered as a multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. Although literature reviews have provided models for DASs, the issue of imprecise, unclear, and ambiguous information remains unresolved. Compared with existing MCDM methods, the robustness of the fuzzy decision by opinion score method II (FDOSM II) and fuzzy weighted with zero inconsistency II (FWZIC II) is demonstrated for modeling the DASs. However, these methods are implemented in an intuitionistic fuzzy set environment that restricts the ability of experts to provide membership and nonmembership degrees freely, simulate real-world ambiguity efficiently, utilize a narrow fuzzy number space, and deal with interval data. Thus, this study used a more efficient fuzzy environment interval-valued linear Diophantine fuzzy set (IVLDF) with FWZIC II for criterion weighting and IVLDF with FDOSM for DAS modeling to address the issues and support industrial community characteristics in the design and implementation of advanced driver assistance systems in vehicles. The proposed methodology comprises two consecutive phases. The first phase involves adapting a decision matrix that intersects DAS alternatives and criteria. The second phase (development phase) proposes a decision modeling approach based on formulation of IVLD-FWZIC II and IVLD-FDOSM II to model DASs. A total of 14 DASs were modeled on the basis of 15 DAS criteria, including seven subcriteria for “comprehensive complexity assessment” and eight subcriteria for “design and implementation,” which had a remarkable effect on the DAS design when implemented by industrial communities. Systematic ranking, sensitivity analysis, and modeling checklists were conducted to demonstrate that the modeling results were subject to systematic ranking, as indicated by the high correlations across all described scenarios of changing criterion weight values, supporting the most important research points, and proposing a value-adding process in modeling the most desirable DAS.
There are many studies dealt with handoff management in mobile communication systems and some of these studies presented handoff schemes to manage this important process in cellular network. All previous schemes used relative signal strength (RSS) measurements. In this work, a new proposed handoff scheme had been presented depending not only on the RSS measurements but also used the threshold distance and neighboring BSS power margins in order to improve the handoff management process. We submitted here a threshold RSS as a condition to make a handoff when a mobile station moves from one cell to another this at first, then we submitted also a specified margin between the current received signal and the ongoing BS's received signal must be s

It also foreshadows the significance of acquiring novice culture with particular connection to second language acquisition. Schumann and John Berry underscored acculturation each with its own model of acculturation. In the case of this review, you will realize that Schumann's two main aspects are firmly rooted in berry's model of acculturation as an exclusive description in relation to second language acquisition. Steven Krashen outlined acquiring language from the intellectual and linguistic view of learning, whereas Micheal Long demanded for communication in social perspective. It has

There are several barriers standing in the way of 5G green communication systems satisfying the expectations for faster networks, more user capacity, lower resource consumption, and cost‐effectiveness. 5G standards implementation would speed up data transmission and increase the reliability of connected devices for Industry 4.0 applications. The demand for intelligent healthcare systems has increased globally as a result of the introduction of the novel COVID‐19. Recommender Systems are tools to understand the huge amount of data available in the internet world. Collaborative filtering (CF) is one of the most knowledge discovery methods used positively in recommendation system. Memory collaborative filtering emphasizes on using facts about present users to predict new things for the target user. Similarity measures are the core operations in collaborative filtering and the prediction accuracy is mostly dependent on similarity calculations. In this study, a combination of weighted parameters and traditional similarity measures are conducted to calculate relationship among users over Movie Lens data set rating matrix. The advantages and disadvantages of each measure are spotted. From the study, a n

Preempting traffic signals can enable EVs to reach the desired location quickly. Most of the current research tries to decrease EV delays but neglects the resulting negative impacts of the preemption on other vehicles in the side roads. This paper proposes a dynamic preemption algorithm to control the traffic signal by adjusting some cycles to balance between the two critical goals: minimal delay for EVs with no stop, and a small additional delay to the vehicles on the side roads. This method is applicable to preempt traffic lights for EVs through an Intelli
