Foliar application and seed soaking has been used as a means of supplying supplemental doses of nutrients, plant hormones, stimulants, and organic components. the effects of these applications have included yield increases, and improved drought tolerance, and enhanced crop quality, so A field experiment was carried out during spring seasons in 2019 and 2020 for styding Seed soaking and Foliar Application of Ascorbic acid, Citric acid and Humic acid on Growth, Yield and Active Components IN Maize. Randomized complete block design in split plots arrangement was used with three replicates. Main-plots were for seeds soaking with ascorbic, citric (100 mg l-1) frequently and humic at (1 ml l-1). Sub-plots were for vegetative parts nutrition with

Detection of wheat damping off and root rot disease pathogenic fungi and it bio control by pseudomonas fluorescens
...Show More Authors

This study was conducted to determine the fungal cause and bio control of damping off and root rot of wheat plants by using pseudomonas fluorescens under greenhouse and field conditions. Results showed isolation of eight species from the soil and roots to deferent region of Baghdad government. Rhizoctonia solani (Rs) and Fusarium solani (Fs) were the predominant damping off fungus with frequency 60 and 52% respectively. Led the using of bacteria formulations such as crud suspension , pure bacteria filtration and pure living cells in culture medium inhibit all type fungi with rates ranging from 84-96% , 80- 93% and 75-88% respectively. Rs and Fs were more pathogenesis under greenhouse conditions, with incidence of 80 and 68% and disease s

White Blood Cells Nuclei Localization Using Modified K-means Clustering Algorithm and Seed Filling Technique
...Show More Authors

The presence of White Blood Cells (WBCs) in the body of human has a great role in the protection of the body against many pathogens. The recognition of the WBC is the first important step to diagnose some particular diseases. The pathologists usually use an optical microscope to recognize WBCs, but, this process is a quite tedious, time-consuming, error prone, very slow, and expensive. In addition, it needs experts with long practice in this field. For these reasons, a computer assisted diagnostic system that helps pathologists in the process of diagnosis can be effective, easy and safe. This research is devoted to develop a system based on digital image processing methods to localize WBCs nuclei. The proposed system involved a collectio

Effect of alcoholic phenol and nanocapsules extract from grape seed (Vitis vinifera) on egg hatching and adult death of southern cowpea beetles
...Show More Authors

Pulses are the second most significant economic crop that have been attacked by many storage pests. One of these pests is the cowpea beetle (Callosobruchus maculatus).  This study aims to study the effect of phenol  grape seed (Vitis vinifera) extract (1000,1500,2000,2500and 3500 mg/L) on eggs and adults. The results showed that the alcoholic extract of the grape seed (Vitis vinifera) recorded for the egg hatching was (80, 56.67, 53.33, 40.00 and 10.00%) respectively, Results in the use of nanocapsules at concentrations of 100 and 500 mg/L showed the egg hatching ratio was (53.33, 16.67%) respectively, while the results of alcoholic extracts of grape seed (Vitis vinifera)  recorded for a

Background: Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a common genetic cardiovascular disease. Its morphologically divided into asymmetrical septal hypertrophy, symmetrical concentric hypertrophy and apical hypertrophy, and physiologically divided into obstructive HCM and non obstructive HCM according to the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) gradient at rest or with provocation. Several factors that increase risk of sudden cardiac death (SCD), the more risk factors a patient has, the greater the chance that the patient is exposed to sudden death and sufficient to warrant consideration for interventional therapy.

Objective: The aims of the study are to evaluate the clinical presentations, risk strat
