تركت العولمة المتسارعة أثرا عميقا على مدى واسع من السياسات والتطبيقات الاقتصادية في كل من الدول النامية والمتقدمة على حد سواء, إذ نشأت الأنظمة الضريبية الحالية عندما نمّط كل بلد سياسته الضريبية بشكل تركز معه على متطلبات الاقتصاد المحلي, وعندما كانت تعقد المفاوضات بين الأمم المختلفة حول المعاملات الضريبية والاتفاقات الضريبية كانت تجري في إطار من هيمنة السياسة الضريبية المحلية.

Pneumatic processes sequence (PPS) is used widely in industrial applications. It is common to do a predetermined PPS to achieve a specific larger task within the industrial application like the PPS achieved by the pick and place industrial robot arm. This sequence may require change depending on changing the required task and usually this requires the programmer intervention to change the sequence’ sprogram, which is costly and may take long time. In order to fulfill the research's goals, a sample of (400) children were chosen randomly from 19 public kindergartens of 6 directorates at Al-Rusafa and Al-Karkh in Baghdad city. An experimental and theoretical study has been done to investigate the thermal performance of different types of air solar collectors, In this work air solar collector with a dimensions of (120 cm x90 cm x12 cm) , was tested under climate condition of  Baghdad city with a (43° tilt angel)  by using  the absorber plate (1.45 mm thickness, 115 cm height x 84 cm width), which was manufactured from iron painted with a black matt.
