Ni-Co-Mn-Mg ferrite nanoparticles with the formula (Ni,Co)xMn0.25-xMg0.75Fe2O4 were synthesized in this work by employing the sol-gel auto-combustion process, with nitrates used as the cations source and citric acid (C6H8O7) as the combustion agent. X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), and a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) were used to characterize the structural, morphological, and magnetic properties of ferrite powders. The XRD measurements showed crystallite sizes ranging between 24 - 28 nm. The FE-SEM images show the presence of agglomeration as well as a non-homogeneous distribution of the samples. On the other hand, the stoichiometry of the reactant solutions that were used is in close agreement with the elemental analysis that was obtained from EDX showing that the composition was as expected. Manganese ferrite showed a decrease in magnetic parameters on magnesium doping, which was further enhanced in (Ni,Co)xMn0.25-xMg0.75Fe2O4 nanoparticles upon replacement of nonmagnetic manganese ions for nickel and cobalt ions. Results indicated that Ni-Co-Mn-Mg ferrite nanoparticles’ crystal morphology, structural, and magnetic properties were significantly influenced by the amounts of nickel and cobalt content.
2-hydrazinylbenzo[d]thiazole compound [1] is produced from reaction of 2-mercapto-benzothiazole with hydrazine hydride in ethanol. Compound [1] reacted with maleic anhydride in DMF to produce (Z)-4-(2-(benzo[d] thiazol-2yl) hydrazinyl)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid [compound (2)]. While the treatment of compound [2] with the ammonium persulfate (NH4)2S2O8 (as the initiator) in order to produce compound [3], then compound [3] reacted with thionyl chloride in benzene to produce compound [4], finally compound [4] reaction with various drugs: cephalexin, amoxicillin, sulfamethizole, elecoxib obtained polymers [5–8]. Chloro group in compound RHACCl replacement in iodo group to prepere RHACI. The FT-IR clearly showed absorption band of C-I at 580 cm-1. Functionalized silica RHACI has high surface area (410 m2/g) and average pore diameter (3.8 nm) within mesoporous range. X-ray diffraction pattern showed that functionalized silica RHACI has amorphous phase .Thermogravemitric analysis (TGA) showed two decomposition stages and SEM morphology of RHACI showed that the particles have irregu

The interaction of mangiferin with a Au-198 gold precursor affords MGF-198AuNPs as the beta emissions of Au-198 provide unique advantages for tumor therapy while gamma rays are used for the quantitative estimation of gold within the tumors and various organs. The laminin receptor specificity of mangiferin affords specific accumulation of therapeutic payloads of this new therapeutic agent within prostate tumors

The analogs were synthesized, designed, and characterized by 1HNMR, and FTIR. The synthetic path began from the reaction of ciprofloxacin drug with morpholine to give compound[B], ciprofloxacin derivative was linked with a variety of primary and secondary amines to give compounds[B1-B9]. The above-mentioned prepared compounds [B3 and B5] were applied to liver enzymes, and the increase in the activity of these enzymes was observed. Show More3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(3-(4-nitrobenzoyl) thioureido) propanoic acid (HNP) a new ligand was synthesized by reaction of Tyrosine with (4-Nitrobenzoyl isothiocyanate) by using acetone as a solvent. The prepared ligand (HNP) has been characterized by elemental analysis (CHNS), infrared (FT-IR), electronic spectral (Ultraviolet visible) and(1H,13C-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) spectra. Some Divalent metal ion complexes of (HNP) were prepared and spectroscopic studies by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), electronic spectral(UV-Vis), molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility and atomic absorption. The results measured showed the formula of six prepared complexes were [M (HNP)2] (M+2 = Manganese, Cobalt, Nickel, Znic, Cadmium and Mercury),from the
