Background: Indeterminate colitis (IC), a term
originated by pathologists to characterize confounding
histopathlogic appearance of resected mucosa, has
become catch phrase for cases in which diagnostic
criteria at all levels elude classification as Crohn's
disease (CD) or ulcerative colitis (UC).
OBJECTIVES: evaluate the prevalence of pANCA
expression in the sera and its isotypes.
Patients and methods: PATIENTS GROUP
consisted of 60 patients (40 males and 20 females)
with indeterminate colitis and their age range was (19-
84 years). CONTROL GROUP consisted of 30 (15
males and 15 females) healthy volunteers and their

The aim of this in vitro study was to compare the efficacy of reciprocating and continuous motion of four retreatment systems in removal of root canal filling material. Massive efforts have been focused on designing of new anticancer medications. One of these approaches is inhibiting histone deacetylase (HDAC) which have a major role in regulation of cellular epigenetic processes. The non- selectivity of HDAC inhibitors is the major limitation for their use, therefore, recent researches have been oriented toward introducing of selective(HDAC) inhibitors through inhibition of HDAC2 and HDAC6 enzymes. A set of pyrazoline derivatives was designed and virtually studied by means of molecular docking, ADME, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. Compound 5 showed promising virtual binding affinity on the HDAC 2 and 6 inhibitors, and exhibited more in silico affinities to (4LXZ)& (5EEI) respectively than SAHA.
