In this paper, ferric oxide nanoparticles) Fe₂O₃ NPs( were synthesized directly on a quartz substrate in vacuum by pulse laser deposition technique using Nd:YAG laser at different energies (171, 201,363 mJ/pulse). The slides were then heated to 700^o C for 1 hour. The structural, optical, morphological, and electrical properties were studied. The optical properties indicated that the prepared thin films have an energy gap ranging from 2.28 to 2.04 eV. Out of Hundred clinical samples, taken from different sources include burn, blood , wound and nasal swabs infections ; 90 isolates developed growth on mannitol salt agar. Among these, 40 (44.4%) were Coagulase positive (Staphylococcus aureus) isolates and 50 (55.5%)belong to coagulase negative staphylococci, in which the last Staphylococcus epidermidis isolates were 30(60%).Antibiotic susceptibility of Staphylococcus epidermidis isolates to 12 antibiotics were determined using disc diffusion method . Rates of zinc consumption during cathodic protection of a copper pipeline carrying saline water were measured by the loss in weight technique. This paper aims to explain the effect of the taxes policy including direct & indirect taxes on supporting the domestic Investment in Iraq. This could help the official planners for drawing the future policies that help provoking (istumlating) the domestic investment in Iraq the quantitative analysis approach was adopted using regression model. The results showed the significance of the effects of both direct & indirect taxes policies on domestic as a simple correlation coefficient ( r ) of ( 0.6 ) , ( 0.64 ) respectively.
