Evaluating a reservoir to looking for hydrocarbon bearing zones, by determining the petrophysical properties in two wells of the Yamama Formation in Siba field using Schlumberger Techlog software. Three porosity logs were used to identify lithology using MN and MID cross plots. Shale volume were calculated using gamma ray log in well Sb-6ST1 and corrected gamma ray in well Sb-5B. Sonic log was used to calculate porosity in bad hole intervals while from density log at in-gauge intervals. In this investigation, water-soluble N-Acetyl Cysteine Capped-Cadmium Telluride QDs (NAC/CdTe nanocrystals), utilizing N-acetyl cysteine as a stabilizer, were prepared to assess their potential in differentiating between DNA extracted from pathogenic bacteria (e.g. Escherichia coli isolated from urine specimen) and intact DNA (extracted from blood of healthy individuals) for biomedical sensing prospective. Abstract 20 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint were treated by electrical stimulation in the form of 6 sessions every other day each sessions of diphase fixe (DF) for 4 minutes followed by rest for 4 minutes then treated with a monophase fixe (MF) for 2 minutes. By clinical & statistical analysis ( P value < 0.05) we conclude that the electrical stimulation is effective as one method in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
