The aim of the research is to know the effect of a training program based on interactive teaching strategies on achievement and creative problem solving among fourth-grade students in chemistry of the directorate of education Rusafa first, the sample was divided into two groups, one experimental and numbering (29) students and the other control group numbering (30) students.      In this work, the methods (Moments, Modified Moments, L-Moments, Percentile, Rank Set sampling and Maximum Likelihood) were used to estimate the reliability function and the two parameters of the Transmuted Pareto (TP) distribution. We use simulation to generate the required data from three cases this indicates  sample size , and it replicates  for the real value for parameters, for reliability times values  we take .

In this paper, a new seven-parameter Mittag-Leffler function of a single com-plex variable is proposed as a generalization of the standard Mittag-Leffler function, certain generalizations of Mittag-Leffler function, hypergeometric function and confluent hypergeometric function.
