A theoretical study by using computer model is presented to study the energy characteristics of the vibrational – rotational levels as a function of the vibrational and rotational quantum number, respectively. The calculations were based on the basis of a multilevel model taking into account the non-equilibrium population of the rotational levels. The computational investigation has been performed to examine the vibrational-rotational characteristics of some hydrogen halides chemical laser molecules. This program takes into account the various molecules of chemical lasers such as, Hydrogen Fluoride (HF), Deuterium Fluoride (DF), Hydrogen Chloride (HCl), and Deuterium Chloride (DCl). The practical difficulties associated with this type of lasers suggested that alternative route might be quite useful. Thus particular attention was paid to the development of computer program to investigate various energy characteristics. Comparison of the calculated results for different molecules shows that the highest values for the HF molecule probably due to their higher constants in comparison with the other molecules.
One of most the important compounds which have active hydrogen (substrate) is the thiols which used in a wide field in preparation of Mannich bases . A large number of Mannich bases have been prepared as a biologically active compound (pharmaceutical, pesticides, bactericidal, fungicidal and tuberculostatic) and in order to correlate their structure and reactivity with their pharmacological activity such as . It has been reported that the reaction is easily proceeded by using primary and secondary amine beside formaldehyde. But when we tried the reaction of thiols as substrate and formaldehyde and succinimide instead of amine, the reaction did not proceed to give Mannich base but product were methylenene – bis – sulfide . The aim of study was to determine the activity of this enzyme in saliva and its relation to the salivary flow rate, PH and clinical periodontal parameters in patients with chronic periodontitis. Subject, Materials and methods: Sample population consist of 75 individuals ;divided into four groups , the first group (15):control subject, the second group (20):mild chronic periodontitis, the third group(20) moderate chronic periodontitis and the fourth group (20) sever chronic periodontitis, Measurements of plaque index (PL

The employed heat exchanger was with steam flowing in the inner tubes and crude oil in the shell at different velocities and bulk temperatures. It is assumed that fouling occurs only on the heated stream side (crude oil). The analysis was carried out for turbulent flow heat transfer conditions with wide range of Reynolds number, bulk temperature and time. Many previously proposed models for fouling resistance were employed to estimate a new model for fouling rate. It is found that the fouling rate and consequently the heat transfer coefficient were affected by Rey
